The media could not be loaded. Easily adjustable, bright and colourful and very, very long.What's not to like?I've had a shorter one made by this company running for years.I'll change my review if there's a problem...Highly recommended

Only lasted one use… faulty?
Used once and gone to use again, doesn’t work… only lights up not even 10% of the full rope now, no clear indication of what or where the issue is. App is very basic too and not the greatest but did fine for purpose. Faulty? Possibly… will reach out to Amazon CS and see what they can do.

Faulty lights
Overall, lights are amazing, very flexible and good lighting options. However, item I received seems to be defective - the first half of the lights work fine, but the other half are dim and brightness does not increase when you increase the brightness on the control. This is the same with all colours, but particularly noticeable on the white setting.No way of contacting seller to request a replacement and Amazon will only offer me a refund, but the product is more expensive now
