Fish oil is just soooo important to your system! This one is a “2-fer” as it comes with the Vit E. No fishy taste or burps like some brands. I notice a significant decrease in pain caused by inflammation when taking fish oil. It’s typical gel capsule of regular size. If it’s not a part of your supplement routine, I highly recommend adding it- it’s SUPER beneficial for you. Google all the benefits & you’ll realize that if you do not currently have this as part of your supplement routine, you’ll see exactly why you should add it.

Much needed as you aged.. every since I’ve added to my diet it helps with joints especially with my workout routine and getting my strength back to where it needs to be.. no after taste at all.. well worth the money..

I am requesting everyone not buy this product. I am not recommended to buy it. The pills are stuck and difficult to disassemble. “Bad product due to poor storage. Not recommended for purchase. The pieces are stuck together and difficult to separate.”
