It’s a bit stiff but I think it’ll be better with time

I bought this for my daughter for school. It seems to be a great backpack in the sense that it has a lot of individual compartments for all the 'stuff' you have to carry. Appears to be good quality. Good size. What remains to be seen is how it holds up to day-to-day use.

I did tons of research and read hundreds of reviews before landing on this pack. It's perfect both as a computer bag for traveling and a personal item/carry on. Stows perfectly beneath the seat when flying. Comfortable to wear. High quality construction. Love it!
