This was just what I was looking for.I use it with portable raised toilet seat and it fits well.Not as secure on the fitted toilet seat, but much will depend on the type of seat fitted.Over all very pleased with it.

If you are looking after a man, and can buy only one piece of equipment, buy this. Sit him down on the loo, and then clip this onto the toilet bowl in place in front of him - then he pees downwards, into the toilet bowl. My man's Willie is not what it was, so doesn't hang down into the toilet bowl. So he pees horizontally, forward, 2 or 3 feet, and then once the initial burst is over, he soaks his pads, pyjamas and pants which are nestling around his ankles on the floor. And, if you need a urine sample, hang a plastic bag off the end to catch the urine.

This is an expensive piece of junk plastic. Fits onto the toilet bowl if the seat is raised - but what is the point in that? It needs to fit onto the toilet seat at the correct angle - which it doesn't. The other satisfied reviewers of this product must have been sent something different to me. To be fair it is of good quality (hence the one star) but totally useless for the job it claims to do. I threw it into the bin - best place for it too.

Wir haben lange nach etwas derartigem gesucht. Nicht einmal im Sanitätshaus gab es solch ein Hilfsmittel.Der Spritzschutz ist ganz leicht anzubringen (wie eine Wäscheklammer) und verhindert, dass Urin zwischen Toilette und Klobrille durchkommt. Allein das Anbringen (und damit weiter zurück setzen auf der Toilette) bringt schon den Erfolg.

funktioniert leider nicht bei alle Toilettenbrillen. Bei unserem Aquaklo ist der Klemmradius zu klein. Bei unserer normalen Toilette klappt es gut, aber das brauchen wir es nicht.

sehr leichte Anwendung, auch von geistig Behinderten gut zu bedienen (eigene Erfahrung), erfüllt alle Vorraussetzungen, das heißt: kein Verschmutzen des WC-Beckens, der Kleidung oder der WC-Umgebung; sehr leicht zu reinigen; sehr Hygienische Anwendung; unauffälliges transportieren; Fazit: kleines Gerät ohne schnickschnack, welches das Toilettentraining für adipöse Pflegebedürftige unwahrscheinlich unterstützt und zu langfristigen Erfolgen führt; Preis ist in Ordnung; werde dieses immer wieder holen.

Der Artikel last sich nicht an WC befestigen. Bei Befestigung mit WC Brille hat Sie keinen halt am Becken.Das kann nicht funktionieren und der Zweck wird nicht erfüllt
