Ecostick 1804 and 9015STHV are the core glues for leatherworkers, shoe factories, and manufacturers for simple craft use, up to full scale production.Glue: Ecostick 9015STHVData Sheets:Download 9015STHV MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)Download 9015STHV TDS (Technical Data Sheet)Ecostick 1804 vs 9015STHV9015STHVStrength: Medium. Ideal for stitched goods, where the glue couples and prepares two sides before stitching. Uses: Ideal for coupling and folding leather, hybrid leather, fabrics, canvas, cardboard. Great in the production of belts, shoe uppers, bags, wallets, heels, insoles, and more.Open Time: 2-4 hoursOnce glue is applied you have ~4 hours of sticky, cold bonding. After 4 hours you can reactivate glue for 8-10 seconds at 60°-70° Celsius (140°-160° Fahrenheit). Reactivation can be done for up to 48 hours.Color: Clear transparent. Even with aging the glue does not turn yellow, remains transparent. Therefore, it is recommended on lighter color materials.Instructions for use: Apply the adhesive on both sides. For cold bonding, let dry for ~20 minutes then couple both sides and press together. If more then 20 minutes go by, reactivate glue at 60°-70° Celsius (140°-160° Fahrenheit), then couple and press together.
