Its rugged anodized aluminum body is waterproof and shockproof, ensuring reliability in harsh conditions. Equipped with Shake Awake technology and a solar failsafe panel, it maximizes battery life up to 20,000 hours. Compatible with a wide range of optics-ready handguns via the included 507C adapter plate, this optic delivers professional-grade performance backed by a limited lifetime warranty. ## Description Notes: The adapter plate for the "-R" version is compatible with the most popular aftermarket slide cut in the industry. It is the same footprint as the Holosun 507C, making it compatible with most plate systems found on factory optics ready guns like the Walther PDP, S&W M&P C.O.R.E., CZ Optics Ready, Agency Arms AOS, FN 509 MRD, and Springfield Armory XDM Elite series handguns. The included 509 adapter plate is not compatible with ZEV or Shadow Systems style RMR interfaces. The 509 ACSS model does not share the same footprint as the 509T (non-ACSS models) and therefore is incompatible with aftermarket mounting solutions and custom cut slides for the 509T (non-ACSS models). The ACSS Vulcan reticle provides a large circle guiding the eyes towards the 10 MOA center chevron. If you are off-center, a portion of this outer circle will appear in the window to give you an instant reference on how to get centered. The circle phases out of the sight window completely when the center chevron is properly aligned in the sight window. Don't need the circle? It can be easily deactivated. The Holosun HE509 Red Dot Sight uses Solar Failsafe technology to power the optic and uses patented Shake Awake technology which senses motion to power the sight on and off. In addition, it “recalls” your last setting and makes sure you don’t lose those customized settings once the sight system turns off. The Holosun HE509 Red Dot Sight offers up to 20,000 hours of battery life. All versions of the Holosun Red Dot Sight system are projected from the same LED, so you don’t have to worry about having to re-zero when changing reticles. NOTE: This optic is not intended to allow co-witness of fixed iron sights EXPORT CONTROLLED ITEMS: These items are controlled for export and may require an export license from the U.S. Government. The outer circle phases completely out of the window once properly centered; deactivate the circle for a clean chevron-only view; 1 MOA click adjustments - Fully enclosed emitter design: Sealed housing protects the emitter from water, dust, and debris that can disrupt open-emitter sights. Fully multi-coated lens delivers a clear, bright sight window across all 12 brightness settings - Hardcoat anodized aluminum construction: Lightweight 2 oz body is waterproof and shockproof. Fully enclosed design prevents lens fogging and keeps the emitter operational in wet or dusty conditions - Shake Awake technology: Automatically powers the reticle on at the slightest movement and off during extended periods of stillness to maximize total runtime - Solar Failsafe panel: Integrated solar panel supplements the primary power source to keep the reticle illuminated across a wide range of lighting conditions - Lifetime Warranty: Backed by Primary Arms' Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects, materials, and workmanship; transferable to any owner without proof of purchase ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B09YFMSFDK | | Best Sellers Rank | #506,402 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #1,146 in Gun Sights | | Brand | Primary Arms | | Brand Name | Primary Arms | | Color | Red | | Compatible Devices | Handgun | | Customer Reviews | 4.9 out of 5 stars 19 Reviews | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 1.78"L x 1.22"W x 1.14"H | | Item Display Weight | 2 ounces | | Item Highlight | Enclosed Pistol Optic with ACSS Vulcan Reticle & Shake Awake Tech, 507C Adapter Plate & Warranty Backed | | Item Type Name | scope | | Item Weight | 2 ounces | | Lens Color | Red | | Manufacturer | Holosun | | Material Type | Aluminum | | Model Name | HE509-RD-ACSS-R | | Model Number | HE509-RD-ACSS-R | | Mounting Type | Holosun 509 ACSS Mounting Plate | | Number of Items | 1 | | Product Dimensions | 1.78"L x 1.22"W x 1.14"H | | Product Style | Pistol Sight | | Reticle Type | ACSS Vulcan | | Sport | Hunting | | Sport Type | Hunting | | Style | Pistol Sight | | UPC | 810047071617 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | Limited Lifetime | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Primary Arms - **Color:** Red - **Compatible Devices:** Handgun - **Item Weight:** 2 ounces - **Material:** Aluminum - **Mounting Type:** Holosun 509 ACSS Mounting Plate - **Product Dimensions:** 1.78"L x 1.22"W x 1.14"H - **Sport:** Hunting - **Style:** Pistol Sight - **Weight:** 2 ounces ## Images ![Holosun HE509-RD Enclosed Solar Powered Red Dot Sight - ACSS Vulcan Reticle - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71gtZrE0wTL.jpg) ![Holosun HE509-RD Enclosed Solar Powered Red Dot Sight - ACSS Vulcan Reticle - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61AL9xhwnSL.jpg) ![Holosun HE509-RD Enclosed Solar Powered Red Dot Sight - ACSS Vulcan Reticle - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51WOf+syrLL.jpg) ![Holosun HE509-RD Enclosed Solar Powered Red Dot Sight - ACSS Vulcan Reticle - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51PnbCsOAbL.jpg) ![Holosun HE509-RD Enclosed Solar Powered Red Dot Sight - ACSS Vulcan Reticle - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71-Y--YjAgL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: whats the adapter plate of this rmr or mos?** A: Thank you for your question.
