The plastic handle for the phone is utter garbage. The spring was ruined in 2 minutes of fiddling, while trying to make my phone fit in. Another thing to state is the arm does its job but, it can't handle my heavy iPhone 13 Pro Max, as it slowly lowers to the floor. Don't be fooled by the product image as it's not as flexible as it shows.

The product is same as desplayed. Very good and easy to use.

I bought this to try out with my Samsung device for video calling at home and i can say that it's too strong and worth the buy for it's price. It literally chipped of the edge of my bedside table because I fastened too tight...better off using it without the phone cover for a better grip.
