I used them on front casters on a zero turn mower. I don’t need high quality. They worked. I didn’t use the races or the seals. The races that were installed were still good and it is a pain to install new races so I didn’t bother. Can’t say how they hold up to road use or high speed but they worked fine on my Bad Boy Outlaw XP front casters. Caps had nice tight fit too. I usually don’t like Chinese bearings on trailers and prefer to spend extra for quality.
