Satisfied with the arm's build quality. It's built solidly, but I want to focus on the packaging; it was horrible. It came wrapped with loose bubble-wrap and a single thin rubber band; I could infer that the arm moved so much during transit, that it carved and abraded into itself. It also doesn't help that you could see the damage so clearly since the dark anodized color contrasts with the aluminum. It doesn't bother me enough to return it, but it would have been an easy 5-stars if the packaging was done with the slightest amount of care. I'll just go over the damage with a black sharpie I guess. *shrugs*
