This is my second order. These carb blockers are super effective even though they are much more expensive, but I see the quality of this product really makes me not feeling very hungry and not eat a lot each meal. When i start taking them, it also improves my constipation problem that means I poo-poo out a lot of garbage EVERYDAY, haha! I do feel less toxic and look leaner in this month. If I could give it "no stars", I would, because I took these exactly as directed, and I GAINEDweight as if I had taken NOTHING! I thought if I paid a little more, maybe, just MAYBE they would work.....uh,BIG FAT NOPE. Thoroughly disappointed. Don't waste your money folks.
