StetsonElkader Trilby Hat Black Wool Water-Repellent

I’d had a few cheap versions of this military style hat and decided I liked them as an alternative to a normal New Era cap. So being quite brand driven I wanted the find the best quality version. When I saw Stetson (original cowboy hats) made them, I knew I would not only get quality, but there’s also a story that goes with it. I nearly bought the pigskin version but think it might be too rigid and sit a little high, this one is perfect! Brilliant quality, best shape of all I’ve tried, waterproof, lightweight, great value, highly recommend.

Chose a medium size and fits my 58cm head perfectly, however there is an adjustable tab at the back so getting the size inch perfect isn’t essential. The cap is well made and very comfortable and I’m pleased with my purchase. The only gripe I have is the price, a bit expensive in my view. However if it looks and feels as good in ten years time it will be money well spent!

It's a great cap, makes a change from wearing flat caps. This is so well made and the adjustment at the back means you can fit it to your head. The peak comes out far enough to keep low sun off your eyes. Will definitely by again with a different colour 10/10.

More lightweight as I expected but comfortable... Will be very wearable in the warmer months. Expensive but good... I guess I've paid for the name a bit but then it is good quality.
