It's neat, it looks quality, and it works perfectly.The idea was to use my iPhone instead of the Garmin satnav, albeit the latter has a bigger screen and has speed limit warnings etc. However, sometimes, it's useful to quickly pop the iPhone on the holder rather than go fishing round in the boot for the satnav, plug all it's bits in and wait two minutes for it to find all it's satellites.The ROC-LOC is sticky, very sticky, and that's exactly what you need - but it also tigtens it's "sucker" when you pull the clip, so it's better than the usal rubber-only sucker types. It means it will stay on the dashboard as well as the windscreen. Removal doesn't leave a mark, which is a good feature, and it securely holds my iPhone, still in it's leather case, which is folded back behind the phone.All in all, it does what I want it to do, it's simple, it works and it looks well made.

Turned up earlier than expected, and it great. It is compact, and as the sucker comes with a mild adhesive already on it it's very sturdy. I had dabbled with one of the magnetic air vent holders, and it just wasn't great. With the weight of most smartphones a clasp is the best way forward. The clasp on this is strong, but easy to use, and as it is rubberised it bears not risk to scratching your very expensive phone!!! The main reason I wanted this isn't just because the magnetic vent holder was unstable, but also because it meant I could mount my phone higher up so I don't have to completely take my eyes off the road to check the satnav. Top product for a pretty low price!

Worked well while it worked, but didn't last very long before the pad refused to stick to the window.I liked it, its made from decent quality materials, but after about 9 months, it just would stay stuck to the window and the last thing you need is your phone dropping to the floor near your feet when you are driving.Bought a cheap one from halfords out of necessity because I didnt want to have to wait a few days for a delivery and its still working fine a year later.

It's been written in some reviews that this will stick to a slightly textured dash, this is not true in my case. This is a shame but isn't the end of the world.The clasp is great, it's strong enough to hold the phone firmly but easy enough to control with one hand. It's also small enough not to press buttons on the side of the phone.The suction on the windscreen is second to none. It's won't move at all and extremely strong.Also, finally, it looks good.

I really wanted this to be an improved version of the OsoMount / MONTAR product but its not :o(I've tried the OsoMount / MONTAR version and these fail due to a design flaw with internal spring. This version from ROC-LOC has a new design for the grip so hopefully the internal spring won't break. Unfortunately this product has a different design flaw where the ball mount design will not hold securely. You can adjust the ball mount so your phone is positioned correctly and tighten the nut, however when placing the phone in and out of the holder (one handed) the ball mount slips and the phone is askew. This was not a problem on the OsoMount / MONTAR version but is on the ROC-LOC. I wish the manufacturer's of these products could design a phone holder without any design flaws but the search continues sadly.

Not a roc-lok branded product. Disappointed because the first one we ordered was roc-lok branded. The second one we ordered is not and came in universal packaging. Arrived in good time though and the quality looks very good.Sticks very well to clean glass. Other than the branding issue I would recommend this product

the phone holder arrived next day and when i opened it up the suction cup at the bottom witch holds everything in pace is every sticky and sticks very well i put it con my dashboard and pulled as hard as i could to take off and wouldn't budge, also there is a clip at the back that makes it stay on and when pulled up it comes off.I've recommend to friends and showed them and they all love it too and cool because you can pick the colour

I have had this in my car ever since I got it, and it has been the most stable phone holder I have ever used! I am able to put my nexus 5 into the holder one handed and it stay in the window without coming off. The strong hold of this was immense.The holder itself is very well made, I really like the mechanism that holds the phone, it grips it really well as it has a ridged rubber lining which holds it like glue.The suction cup on this device however is something of it own, the instructions say to place it on a smooth surface (not textured) for best results.I chose to stick mine on the window and no mark has been left and the suction is amazing. I am able to put he phone in single handed and have been doing this since the day i installed the device. I haven't had to touch it since.Over all I have been really impressed with this product and would be in no hesitation to buy this again.
