Industrial Strong Long Handled Dustpan and Brush Set Professional Lobby Dust Pan and Broom

This is a professional piece of kit & very sturdy.I work on a building site as a cleaning contractor & I have no hesitation recommending this item .Holds a lot of dirt-dust , paper ect in the box part .Strong compared to others I have used.The brush provided also sweeps up the very finest of mess & dust .Not the cheapest but worth the investment & initial outlay.Others that I have used are domestic grade mostly.This item can be used for both domestic & professional use.I’m sure this will last for years

I was getting backache from constantly sweeping up moss and leaves off our patio with a normal dustpan and brush, so long overdue I decided to get a long handled set. I wanted a set that was sturdy and would last, as It would be used almost every day. I purchased this set and was pleased with how solid it is. My only gripe was that the lip of the dustpan on the one I received was slightly warped, so it wouldnt pick up everything so easily. This was easily remedied, as I warmed the plastic lip up with a heat gun and left a flat weight on it, while it cooled. Hey presto, lovely and flat lip and nearly a year later after lots of use, the set is still good as new.

I ordered this for use in our kitchen as I prefer these types to the ones closer to the floor.I usually get another one but the words industrial and strong caught my attention.The dust pan arrives seperated. You have to clip the two plastic pins on the handle into the two plastic holes on the dustpan, Easy. Then you screw the handle for the brush into a handle.The dust pan handle is metal whilst the brush one is silver plastic. The unit also has a little plastic attachment that keeps the brush and the dustpan together. This is standard though.The unit sits upright with the brush just inside the dustpan so it looks neat enough. It seems strongish but bar the metal handle it doesn't seem much more robust than other ones at this price point. But time will tell. The brush provided is excellent. Probably the best brush that has been supplied with dust pans. Usually they are short, too hard and ping food or too soft and don't push anything. This is the perfect balance. It's also very wide so you need less sweeps to clean.All in all a great product. Just wished it had a lid for the dust pan so you wouldn't see what's inside and a metal brush handle too. Hardly a deal breaker.

very sturdy dustpan set, only trouble was the lip of the pan was distorted and bowed, leaving a 6mm gap in the middle of the pan to where the floor was, resulting in almost all the sweepings going directly under the pan and out the other side.With the application of a bit of heat from a heat gun and a weight, i.e. a brick, I managed to straighten the lip out and it now works as it should. Just be aware that you may have to do this if you buy this product.

At first glance this long Handle Dust Pan looks quite basic and certainly it is not a great looker; however, it is strong and does the job of cleaning the outside area of our home very well.

Being disabled I find this absolutely brilliant to use.

The pan is excellent, the brush is a little softer than I had hoped for but overall a very good product and helpful to reduce the need of bending down
