Dodge RAM Genuine Accessories (82212966) 6.4' RamBox Cargo Management

Ok for all those interested in getting these rambox dividers, nets and accessories here’s the deal. Yes it does fit but because ram changed the latching mechanism and added a light on the driver side rear rambox bin, they also changed the moulded plastic cover that covers up the lock latching system. The new design is wider so it covers the net mounting base where you drill holes to mount the plastic retaining clips Overall I was able to get it to fit by removing one of the dividers from both rambox bin and then Mac givered the mesh nets to work.

If you have the new RamBox on your 2014 or newer Ram this is a must have. This fits the 6.4' bed best. You won't be able to put a divider under the locking mechanism or you will have to cut down the height a little. I have purchased 8 of these sets for our trucks and they are high quality and worth the investment.

My first disappointment is that when you purchase the Ram bed it does not come with dividers and you have to pay close to $200 to get them. The plastic material looks to be pretty sturdy but after having installed for a week Had a couple of minor issues. On each side one of the vertical dividers was too tall and hit the lock cover on the underside of the lid which kept it from closing properly. Had to identify the area that hit and trim the divider down to miss the cover. The flat pieces that separate the deep wells so that you can place stuff in a layer are fine unless you place something heavy on them. With the hot summer temps they apparently get warm and pliable enough that they warped and sagged. I had to rearrange to keep heavier items off these dividers. Of course this is the larger area of box so seems a waste. Have not put anything in nets yet. This is the most time consuming part. You have to remove existing plugs and replace with the pieces that came. On my 2018 I have to drill four holes to install plugs. Pretty straight forward. They are worth having as it makes the boxes much more organized.

Ram branded product. Works as advertised. Quality fit. Two vertical dividers require some trimming to fit in 2020 Ram 2500.
