Barebells Protein Bars are, by far, the best I’ve ever tasted, and they’ve become my go-to for a quick, satisfying protein boost.The taste is phenomenal—no artificial aftertaste, which is a huge issue with most bars I’ve tried. Whether it’s the Chocolate Dough or Salted Peanut Caramel, the flavors are rich, natural, and indulgent without feeling like a chemical overload. The texture is the real standout: perfectly chewy yet firm, not crumbly or waxy like some competitors. It’s the kind of bar you actually look forward to eating.The macros are solid—around 20g of protein per bar with reasonable carbs and fats, making it great for post-workout recovery or a mid-day snack. At roughly $2–$3 per bar (depending on the pack size), the price is competitive for the protein content, especially compared to pricier brands with less satisfying flavors. The variety of flavors keeps things fresh; I’ve enjoyed every one I’ve tried, and there’s something for every mood.The only downside is the delivery time. Sometimes, it takes a week or more to arrive, which can be frustrating if I’m running low. I’d recommend ordering ahead to avoid the wait. Every bar I’ve tried is so good and tastes like a candy bar, not a protein bar! My kids love them too! I’ve tried creamy crisp, key lime pie, white chocolate almond, cookie dough and salty peanut so far, and the new wild cherry is on the way. Creamy crisp and white chocolate almond are my top flavors but all are really good. I was hoping salty peanut was a little saltier like a Pay Day is my only slight critique. Good size bars for the amount of calories (I’ve had other brands much smaller and more calories!) Not sure who shipped my first batch, but it was in cold packaging with gel freezer packs so no melted bars for me. I’m turning everyone I know onto these bars! Price per bar is around $2 which isn’t the cheapest but think how much a candy bar costs, pretty similar and I would rather have a sweet treat packed with good ingredients and protein! These bars are sooooo worth it!

These are sooooooo good. I know we have to limit ultra processed foods, but my current priorities are: protein, fiber, low sugar, whole foods -- in that order. I've been body recomping since February and these bars have been amazing for supplementing my protein needs, especially when I don't feel like making or having a protein shake. I always reach for them when I feel a little hungry before a workout, between meals, or when I want dessert. I never feel guilty or heavy after.I've had the wild cherry, key lime pie, and cookies and cream flavors. They're all good but the wild cherry is my favorite!! It reminds me of a pop tart in flavor, and has the best texture, with a fruity filling, crunchies, and soft white chocolate coating. They have melted a bit in my bag and my car but that's to be expected, they've stayed in perfect condition in my kitchen. Will keep buying this brand and hope they continue releasing fruity flavors!

Great flavor and crunch! I love white chocolate and was very hesitant to try a nutritional snack that came in white chocolate but this one is really good! And the fact that it has such high protein makes it the first choice for me! My first order was delivered to my porch with a pic and was great. However, the second order was put in my mailbox on a hot day and, because I was looking for the porch delivery, the item stayed in the hot mailbox all day and melted. I tracked it the next day and found them and the individual packages were blown up with air inside, as if spoiled - I opened one and it was a mess and tasted bad. I will not be ordering them again in the warm weather!This is an update: I made the stupid mistake of ordering more bars because I knew I would be home and able to check the porch for the delivery - WRONG! They apparently deliver their products via USPS who does NOT text/email you a picture or notify you of the delivery so the items sat in the hot sun for several,hours and all the bars were melted.

I ordered the variety pack of these protein bars and was seriously impressed with the flavor and texture, they honestly taste like candy bars! Great variety, great taste, and a super satisfying treat that doesn’t feel like your average protein bar. Unfortunately, my delivery timing wasn’t ideal. The box arrived about five minutes after I left the house for the day, and by the time I got back (about 4 hours later), the bars were completely melted. They were packaged nicely with an ice pack, but that had melted too. I ended up putting them in the fridge, which I don’t normally do, and now they’re even better! Cold, chewy, and even more like a candy bar. I’ll definitely be ordering again, but next time I’ll try to be home when they arrive. Highly recommend!

Okay, so whoever is saying these are terrible are wrong! DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM. The bar is delicious. The inside features a white marshmallow layer and chocolate layer…together they are chewy and have a pleasant texture and consistency. The peanut/crispy bits on the outside add to the texture and give it a slight crunchiness. The flavor to me reminded me very much of the original Annabelle Rocky Road candy bars. In my honest opinion, I feel these are delish as is, and exceptional considering it’s a protein bar and not a candy bar. If you are unsure, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Perfect for a sweet treat when dieting. I’m glad I bought a whole box! Only downfall if there is one, is that they are 20 more calories than the average Barebell Bar.
