This is an excellent product to help with vaginal dryness and other menopausal symptoms. No secondary effects. Natural product. The only complains is that it makes you pee more. Do not take at night if you don’t want to spend the night in the bathroom. It’s fine to take during the day.

I’m a huge fan of banyan botanicals but honestly can’t say I felt a huge difference with these. That said I take Healthy Vata which has shatavari in it and that stuff rocks. I will continue with that. I know it can take time but since I’m already getting it in another product, seems redundant and expensive to purchase both.
