It's just the headgear. You would also need to get the Resmed Airfit P10 short tubing without headgear, long tubing and nasal pillow separately.

That is correct, they are the same exact size (only one size for all). they are just different colors.

Q: Does this strap have the plastic inside that lay against your cheeks?

There is a flat plastic tongue, about 4 inches long, that is attached to the nosepiece of the mask and that slides into the strap. The strap shown on this figure is made of soft fabric, and therefore the plastic tongue provides rigidity, but it is not in direct contact with the skin. In my experience this mask usually results in some marks on the cheeks after a night of sleep, but these are not too bad compared to other types of masks I have used in the past. I have had this style of mask for about 5 years, and I am very happy with it.
