Another great Miracle Noodle product
I have long been a fan of Miracle Noodle's Angel Hair and Fettuccini cuts. Their Ziti has become my new favorite. Add some ground beef, tomato sauce and grated cheddar cheese and it tastes just like beef ravioli! I am looking forward to making macaroni and cheese with it, as it should cradle the cheese sauce quite nicely. My only gripe is with the price--so much higher than their other products. I'm hoping the price drops as demand for the product rises.

Absolutely nauseating.
This was my first, and last time trying Shirataki noodles. I'd read reviews, scouted recipes, and looked up different brands. This was one of the highest rated, and I absolutely cannot fathom why.I was prepared for a "fishy" smell. I live in Southeast GA, seafood is a way of life around here, I know what good, fresh smells like, and I know what rotten smells like. Anyone that eats seafood that smells like that should seek medical attention. I was not prepared for the rotted, nauseatingly foul smell that came from this bag. I forged on, perhaps it was just my nose that was unprepared. I rinsed, I microwaved in LOTS of fresh water, several times. Enough to *almost* remove the smell, but it lingered after 6! water changes, with rinsing in between each reheating in a bowl of fresh water. ~side note, after I recovered from the original smell, my brain kept comparing them to waterlogged fish intestines, or raw calamari. Not the most pleasant thing, but that is EXACTLY what these ziti resembled.I was prepared for an "odd" texture, most sites agree there is little to no taste to the actual noodles. I was not prepared for what they actually felt like. It was like biting into chicken cartilage, that opaque, rubbery bit in most poultry breasts. No matter how long I chewed this single noodle, it did not break down like "normal" noodles or gluten free ones do, it just broke into tinier, rubbery bits. I was not able to swallow it and ended up having to spit it out.Perhaps some people really, truly do enjoy these. There are people that love the cartilage bits of poultry and beef, they, perhaps, would enjoy these noodles. The only positive things I can actually say about this product: They are ziti shaped. They do *look* like actual noodles (mostly. Half of the bag I got was uncut and in LONG, tubular strands, hence the comparison in the note above.) The bag is a fairly good size, although still a bit expensive for the (relatively) small amount you get, each bag claims to be 2.5 servings. That is all. Even if I were able to give 0 stars, I'd give one based on this.In the end, I ended up tipping them out on the lawn for the creatures that roam to eat, if they will. I could not in good conscience waste any form of sauce on these, or inflict them on my family. I resorted to using the cheese sauce I'd prepared over rice instead.Would not recommend, unless you *really* like unpleasantly fishy scented, cartilaginous foods.

An option for low carb/keto
Definitely not the best substitute for pasta I've had, but definitely an option. The almost clear look kind of threw me off a little initially because it didn't look appetizing. It wasn't terrible but I won't be having all the time.

Shirataki Pasta
While the pasta was free of wheat, it was very rubbery, chewy, and tasteless. You need a good sauce, and an abundance of it, to wash the pasta down. Very dissapointing results.

Slimy!
This stuff tastes awful! I wasn't it to taste exactly like pasta but I didn't expect little ropes of slime!
