Although it was easy to put up I was very disappointed that it had marks on the beginning of the roll that would have been noticeable had I installed it. Had to unroll it half way until I could find a nice clear area without any marks on it! Wasted half the roll!

This window film works, but it is VERY hard to work with. If you have the right cutting tools, if you have a VERY clean and VERY large work space, then you will STILL have issues trying to peel off the film. I would only recommend this product for professionals with the experience and tools to use it. I am a VERY experienced DIY'er and I would have to say that this project has been VERY annoying!

This film definitely helps with blocking the sun out. Made a huge difference for me once installed. A little tricky to install but once you get the hang of it, its not bad at all. Definitely a 2 person job if youve got larger sized windows. Trim the film a bit bigger than the window, wet the windows thoroughly, be patient and make sure the windows are extremely clean. If you do so, itll make the install much smoother.

Takes awhile to get it on correctly. Once it was on it is perfect. My daughter burns just riding in the car. This has helped a lot and the car feels more comfortable because it blocks out the heat of the sun.

If you are putting this on very small Windows one person can handle it. For larger windows you need two people. I ended up putting it on 15 different window panes of all sizes. The smaller ones I was able to do by myself easily. Once you figure out how to do it it is not hard at all. I bought the medium black and am satisfied with that. It is quite pricey and you end up with a lot of pieces left over

I installed this product on 6 five foot windows on my sun porch. I'd installed other window films on other windows in the past, but they didn't have adhesive on them as this product has. It takes a lot of precision to slowly remove the film from it's backing while spraying the film with the soapy water to keep it from adhering to itself. If the films adhesive side even touches itself you're in trouble because it will remove the UV protection from that spot. First 2 windows really tested my skills and although not perfect, they will function o.k. By third window I had developed a method and went up beautifully as did the 4th, 5th and finally the 6th. I purchased the light black and it really cuts the sun (UV) but doesn't block my view of my yard. Follow instruction totally and have patience. It's a great product but be prepared.

You can see out and anyone looking in will only see a reflective surface, it may help a tiny bit with noise and energy savings as well. It is tricky to put on without making wrinkles but if that's not an issue, go for it.

Used this to cover store front windows. Completely black on the outside and can see out on the inside. Very easy to install and plenty of instructional videos online to help install. Simple set-up and installation. Had no issues installing.
