Feels soft to touch but not a good head rest
It's too soft for an adult. The head almost touches the mattress due to it's high softness. Not a comfortable pillow for sleep. It was sent from 700 KM away to my place only to feel bad. May be good for children. Seller should have mentioned the softness.

Good Product & Confusing Package
Pros:1. This product is for you if you are struggling with neck stiffness.2. Provides good cusion and comfort for neck if you are sleeping flat.Cons:1. Package was little confusing as it was vaccume packed (saw same product at a furniture store in non vaccume package).2. If you sleep on side this product is not for you.Overall - good product at great price. Better than Recoil.

Not opening to full
