Finally found a pager that works easily and reliably. We tried and returned others. This system installed on first try and we have tested it (actually no emergencies yet) several times under varying situations and it always worked. Quality seems good and substantial. Wrist button is comfortable. Alarm is quite loud. Remote call to my caregiver very reliable.

A cost effective solution for a panic button, purchased for elderly relatives. Quite easy to set up and works well. The watch alarm button has an issue that the setting has to be changed to SOS for it to work that is not documented in the instruction manual. I would buy this again.

I looked to pay for a company to provide an alarm system for my elderly mother which was typically going to run at £5-£10 a week dependent on the service and what you have installed. Then I saw this and with the reviews and the price - thought well its the same probably as 5 weeks from a traditional company providing the service so what's to loose! It was so easy to setup but when you do make sure you turn off the sound - my is it loud ! With the watch and the buttons placed around the home it has now given us that peace of mind that if we nip out and there is a problem my elderly mother can simply press the button on one of the device and we get the alert to our phone. Works great - just remember to take the watch off before bed time otherwise you might be getting those unexpected alerts - LOL! Can highly recommend to anyone needing that simple peace of mind for those loved ones you care for.

The first one I ordered , I found it difficult to get into pair mode. Had to send back as the watch did not work. It paired, but just did not work. Ordered another, pairing easy, again watch does not work. Will keep as the button is fine and I bought two additional buttons. The watch not working seems to be a common theme, so be careful if the watch is a must. Subsequent to the above feedback, the company gave me detailed advice to get the watch working, which it is now. Essentially I had to change the watch setting to SOS. They also gave me an offer of a full refund which was a nice gesture.

ordered this item then istalled the end of FEB 205, i few weeks ago i started getting messages that it was on battery power then on usb power, i thought mum had knocked it so went down a couple of times to check, moved locations and even tried different charger sockets, then it started going offline, even when no one was there, started to feel like we couldnt trust it, cant be the cable, as it started to turn off in the middle of the night, became so unreliable, today i have disconected it and installed a new system, as lost trust in it and it was effecting how safe mum felt in her own home,, one would not be expecting to have issues after just 2 months of operation!

Bought for my grandmother as she's had a few falls. Excellent device. Works well and has given her back her confidence and made her feel safe. WiFi connects well. Easy to use. The alarm in the house is very loud but overall great device

The item works with the fob, but not the watch. It will not pair up no matter what! Customer service is non existent with no reply. Software easy to install and setup. Sends notifications to all mobile phones with a WiFi/mobile data signal. Alarm on phone is as loud as your notification volume is set to. Just a shame the watch isn't working, and no response from the sellers. Otherwise good product using the key fob.

Very easy to set up looks smart value for money

Très pratique, pour ceux qui ont 2 maisons sur le même terrain comme c’est mon cas ou 2 appartements proches. Sécurisant pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou personnes âgées qui ont juste à appuyer sur le bouton pour que cela sonne tel un carillon chez vous (à brancher sur une prise électrique pour que cela sonne à votre domicile).

Ho installato questo sistema di allarme per assistere mio nonno che vive da solo nella casa di fronte alla mia ( distanza 100 metri circa ), sono rimasto davvero colpito dalla sua semplicità d’uso, dall’affidabilità e soprattutto dalla portata del segnale. Facilità di installazione La configurazione è stata questione di pochi secondi, batterie gia' fornite, posizionare il pulsante di allarme dove lo si preferisce, e posizionare la cassa sonora presso una presa di corrente nell'altra casa. Non servono cavi né interventi tecnici. Interfaccia chiara Il pulsante di allarme è grande, rosso e comodo da premere, anche per chi ha difficoltà di manualità. Il ricevitore emette un suono forte (regolabile in piu intensità e in diversi tipi di suono). Portata eccezionale La vera sorpresa è arrivata quando ho voluto testare la portata: ho piazzato il ricevitore nella casa di mio nonno e il trasmettitore/cassa nella seconda casa, situata a oltre 100 metri di distanza, con N° 2 perimetrali intermedi e giardino. Il segnale è arrivato perfettamente e l’allarme ha suonato immediatamente. Una comodità impensabile per un dispositivo di questa fascia di prezzo!! Sapere che i miei cari possono chiedere aiuto con un semplice gesto mi dà una serenità impagabile. In sintesi: portata sorprendente, facilità d’installazione, grande semplicità d’uso, durata delle batterie. Consigliatissimo come sistema di allarme per anziani: garantisce sicurezza e libertà, anche a distanza!
