This is a fantastic Glass Storage Bowl! The lid really helps to make the food taste great without over cooking the food. The bowl is solid! The lid is very easy to open with the rubber top pulled up! If the time is only about 90 seconds, then you really don't need mits to get it out of the microwave, but anything longer definitely requires mits. I've microwaved potatoes in the bowl and they seem to cook just right. Reheating food works well and the foods stays moist! Highly recommend it.!

Love it! Great product. Great for cooking a single serving meal in microwave. Excellent quality. Nice selections of colors. Can be used for hot or cold foods. Seals great. Glass can be very hot I would also recommend a bowl pit holder.

High quality and durable: just as it said it would be. I was walking to work one morning with it in my lunchbag and I dropped it on the concrete! I was cringing as I picked it up, expecting my lunchbag to be filled with glass shards, but the bowl did not have so much as a scuff on it! Easy to use, easy to clean, very durable, solid material. I would buy more if I needed them (and may one day). Easier to use than disposable bowls!

Four cups is really too small to cook any amount of rice or grain without it spilling over in the microwave, even at reduced power. Otherwise it is great! Good for vegetables or reheating anything in the microwave. Nice and heavy, lid well made, cleans easily.

Love using this for easy vegetable steaming prep! Very sturdy / tight lid closure and easy pop up steam release. Wish was available in larger sizes as well!!

This steamer bowl cooks veggies quickly and without losing the nutrients that they would from boiling. I can then store the veggies in the bowl. I’ve tried fresh green beans, yellow squash and broccoli, and all have turned out well after about three minutes of cooking in the microwave. No extra water needed. So easy!

I have reviewed this already. It is a really nice size glass bowl with lid that can release steam. Perfect size for frozen veggies.

So good. Quality bowl of great thickness and SS rim make for an awesome microwave bowl. As well as usual microwave functions I do all greens and frozen veg in my inverter microwave, scrambled eggs too. The inner bottom design very good. They work well and work a lot here. A lot of good online recipes too.

Absolutely fantastic bowl and lid. It has replaced the plastic microsafe bowl I used for cooking my vegetables. Only draw back is it has no handles, so be careful when handling while hot. Don't drop it, it'll be a very expensive boo-boo.
