this product is cool and it's really affect my temp of lap but there is a one con right fan stopped working bcoz of the upper net you can solve it by take a rounder and press the net upside with its niddle just do it its really helpful after it your fan work properly.

Good quality, durable, best suited for my everyday use

In just 3 months the pad has started rusting. See pictures.

The product is working fine and I was very much satisfied with the product , Its been so many days since I bought this , it has one power button and fan speed up and down button , two use ports to connect the pan to laptop and one for some other usb dongle , I am using it for my wireless keyboard and mouse ,. Weight is minimal , and body built quality is strong,. There is no noise atall , air flow is good I checked the flow by keeping my hand beside the laptop while it's on the pad it feels cool , as my laptop becomes heat very quick this coolpad helped me a lot , and using is very easy as it has incline stand available , and while the laptop is in incline we don't need to worry about slipping of laptop as it has two stand type two things in the bottom of the pad , it protects the laptop to slip from stand and it has slip resistance too.

⭐ **1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience** I purchased the **Zebronics NC5500 Cooling Pad**, expecting a properly functioning product from a known brand. Unfortunately, the product I received was **defective—the cooling fan did not work at all from the moment I connected it**. This was extremely frustrating, especially after waiting for the delivery and expecting to use the product immediately. A cooling pad is purchased primarily for its cooling function, so receiving one with a **non-functional fan** defeats its entire purpose. I would strongly recommend that buyers **check the fan immediately after receiving the product** and record an unboxing/testing video, so that any defect can be properly documented. I am sharing this review not simply out of frustration, but to make other buyers aware of my experience. **Nobody should have to go through the inconvenience of receiving a completely non-functional product after spending their hard-earned money.** Zebronics, I hope better quality checks are implemented so that defective units do not reach customers.
