I felt as though it could break the skin and cause some damage or bruising.. Didn't collect as much black heads under the skin as much as I thought even with the pressure I applied. I seem to have gotten a fair few blackheads recently and I ordered this product along with a mask to try and solve the problem. I used the blackhead remover after steaming my face, so my skin was soft. A gentle but firm push down on the blackheads removed most of them and love the tweezers as they had really good grip and helped with a few stubborn blackheads/skin around them.
