Great for a heavy boat
This winch is the perfect solution for a heavy boat. Bolted right up and pleased with the outcome. After others said they have lost the handle, I will keep the handle in the truck so it’s not forgotten when we go to the lake.Make sure to use grade 8 bolts and you’ll never have a problem.

works well but
Winch works great but the wiring is set up better for a truck or side x side because you need longer winch leads and shorter battery leads so you can mount the relay box in the back. I mount the relay on the back of the air filter box where it is safe so I extended the winch leads and shortened the battery leads to cure the problem. The winch I replaced was already set up that way maybe the manufacture could give a option for this , because there is no good place to mount the relay up front on a atv. Other than that it is great.

Bull strength
I love the power of this winch! Pulls my boat out of the water easily and gives me peace of mind. Durability seems rugged, but the handle is held by a small spring which worries me. I hope it holds up over time!

handle not secure
The media could not be loaded. Didn’t even put it on the trailer. The handle is loose and rattles. Attached with a sping clip. Can’t even use mechanism without handle moving all over the place

not impressed
installed the coil packs, and my truck ran pretty good for couple days. just slight hesitation in the engine. then while driving down the interstate, i had a loss of power. then it sounded like the motor was coming apart. after troubleshooting the problem, i found one of the coil packs was already bad. after two days, come on!

The metal chord bent and frayed in the first use making it very dangerous to the hands
I like the short handle and that is why I bought this unit. Unfortunately I will replace the cable after only one use.

Great little winch for atv !!
Fit and finnish are perfect ... worked great with the custom attachment plate I ordered for my 1996 polaris off amazon as well. Love that It has a wireless remote

A little noisy but seams to function well.

Disappointed
This winch gave out after a few times using it. I had to re install my old one. The motor goes but the winch no longer operates. Very disappointed in this as I have purchased from this company before with no issues. Please help

Very Slick and easy
Installed this on my Polaris Sportsman ATV. Installation was pretty easy. The instructions are very vague I found. I haven't had to use it in a real situation yet but just recoiling the synthetic rope the winch seemed to be faster than the winch on my other ATV.
