Best quality and great customer service
I bought a few different vacuum tonsil stone removers and the ANEW tonsil stone remover was by far the best build quality of the bunch. The light is bright and the suction is good. Previously, I used a pick to remove my stones and the stone would sometimes come loose but stick to the back of my wet mouth. I'd either have to spit or it'd get lost and I'd just have to swallow it. With the vacuum, it makes collecting it so much easier. The customer service was also first class. I lost an accessory piece and ANEW responded right away and was able to send me a completely new replacement. The only things I could say could be improved is that the probe attachment sometimes comes loose when I push too hard and for my deep tonsil crypts, I still need to use a pick to get the tonsil stone closer to the surface to suction it up. Perhaps I still need to practice with the technique.

Best purchase this year!
This thing is amazing! To keep it working well, clean after each use and don't turn it on when there is still water in it from cleaning. Mine has lasted 2 years with no issues.

Ehhhh
This didn't work for me at all and was a waste of money. I wanted to return it, but it was used and thought better not lol. So it will be going in the trash unfortunately. It may work for some people, but did not for me. I later bought the actual long metal dental tonsil stone removers. It has a little spoon/scoop on the end and you go in and clean out your tonsils yourself. I prefer the metal dental tonsil stone remover method. Also, when did we ever learn we'd have to clean out our tonsils in life?

Love the concept!
When I came across this product on Google I was elated to find it on Amazon. On delivery day I was like a kid in a candy store.Packaging was 5 stars and once opened all items were new and sealed. The quality of the product 5 stars. The base is not too heavy.Effectiveness of product is 2 stars. The base is kind of big and the light is a added touch but the light doesn't work too well when u are trying to get a stone out. Maybe if the light was wider and lighted a bigger area that would work. I have some what of a small mouth so at times it was hard to see the stone. Kind of like stabbing in the dark. I like that they had alot if attachments but they were kind of big and I keep gagging. The suction on high was really good but felt like medium and low would work just as well.I'm sending back to Amazon because this product would not work for me and would end of sitting in the box and collecting dust. I will go back to my old stand by tool for removing the stones.

Battery Life Begins to Diminish After Only One and a Half Years
This was my first electronic tonsil stone remover. I was very excited when I bought it and it did a good job of suctioning out tonsil stones. There are some downsides to this product though. The placement of the light is not good and I have to use an additional flashlight to accurately see my tonsils. The probes all have a fairly large tip, which doesn't work as well for my tonsils. I was ok with these two issues, as I found a way to work around them but after only a little over a year and a half, the battery is diminishing. I'm guessing that the battery won't last for another six months and, since the battery isn't replaceable, I'll have to toss the whole thing which is a waste of $40 and a huge chunk of plastic in the landfill. I will buy another tonsil stone remover but I won't buy this brand. The battery is not long-term and it can't be replaced. I'm disappointed.

Just what I’ve been waiting for
I’ve imagined a tool like this for years but just found this one. It makes so much sense to vacuum the stones out rather than manipulating them around. It’s so much safer. I do have a recommendation that would make it even better. The on off switch should be easy to feel and press without looking at it. That’s because it would be useful to aim it where it’s going, and then turn it on. Sometimes the suction prevents you from putting it where you want it to go. If you aim it when it’s off, it’s too hard to turn on. Id do the same easy button for the light. They are both hard to find and hard to press. Aside from that it works great, it’s easy to clean and use. I would like to have a longer attachment added. Sometimes the base blocks your view. Overall I would highly recommend. *****

Updated: Great Product. Good Light Placement
Edit: So the manufacturers updated the product and sent me one. I gotta say, it's 100% better. The light actually points to the end of the suction tube, making finding and aiming the vacuum much more accurate. It makes using the product significantly more enjoyable. You can see the old lighting on the left and the new design on the right. All that said, I highly recommend the product. It does what it needs to do and does it well.OLD REVIEW: It does what it does very well but the light is in the absolute stupidest position. It should be around the base of the probe or at least slightly above it. Where it is makes it near worthless for actually probing. You kind of spot the stones and then go in blind.Still, the vacuum portion makes it all worth it. Just wish they put a little more thought into the design.

Decent Product, Not Useful for Small Tonsil Stones
This product seems to be well made; however, there are several reasons you may want to consider not buying this product:- From what I have gathered from research, vacuum tools are not recommended by professionals for use on the tonsils.- This product is only useful for large, easily visible tonsil stones. On the box, it basically says that one should only use it on visible tonsil stones that are easily accessible.- This means that for someone like me who only has small tonsil stones that are tucked back inside my tonsils, it is useless.- If you put the vacuum nozzle on your tonsil hoping to clear out debris, it will just grab onto your skin and suction to it. If it is not grabbing onto a tonsil stone, it is going to suction to your skin.
