Great water filter. To test it, I boiled hot water, let it cool and compare it to the filtered water straight from the tap using this Philips water filter, it tastes miles different and much better. It comes with easy to follow instructions and x3 FREE filters. I can finally stop purchasing bottled water and use this as an alternative. The only thing I would say is that although it says it’s a 3L capacity, it can only filter out the amount at the top compartment, so you’ll have to empty it to a cup or water bottle and keep re filling it again. There isn’t a really a tight seal between the spout and the top compartment so if you pour water for yourself and there’s still water in the filtering section, it might drain into and mix with the already filtered water which is a bit annoying. Overall, it works well as intended, would recommend 👌🏽

A really good water pitcher, water comes out clean and tasty. Fits in fridge door well. Easy to set up and use, the filters coming with made this a bargain. It’s easy to clean and to keep in good condition. If you are trying to improve water drinking habits this one is great for that. 💧

Smart, slim, looks great and works very well. Great price too. Only shame is when you tip the jug the lid sometimes falls off, so I just took it off. However I would definitely recommend it for quality of filtered water.

The best water filter I have ever have for year. Crystal clear container which I like and the water taste different it's tasty. I will definitely going to buy same model again. Highly recommend.👌

This water jug filter makes tap water taste so much better! I’m a student living in student accommodation, and I had never drunk tap water before. When I first tried it, I just couldn’t handle the strange taste. This jug honestly saved me — and also saved me money, since I no longer have to buy £1.40 bottled water every day. The only small downside is that the white lid sometimes comes loose when pouring or picking up the jug. It’s a little annoying, but easy to manage if you hold it with one hand or secure it. Overall, I highly recommend this jug for anyone who doesn’t like the taste of their tap water. It’s simple, affordable, and a lifesaver for students on a budget.

It’s good and value for money

I got this because it was on offer and came with four filters which worked out cheaper than buying more filters for my other water jug. As others have commented in their reviews i can only agree that this jug is dreadful. 1 - the lid keeps falling off when you try and pour a bit more than a trickle and when you do pour more it drips down the side everywhere so basically the lid doesn't seat right because it hasn't been manufactured correctly. 2 - The filters need a lot of flushing through and i mean a lot of flushing through or you will end up with kettle water/bottled water that looks milky in colour as i found out on my first filter and it tasted horrible. 3 - the top half filling station is a lot smaller than the bottom half that catches the water meaning it doesn't fill it up in one fill from the tap which is annoying because you then have to wait ages before being able to fill it up correctly. In a nutshell the whole design of this jug is garbage to be honest and will be going back to my old jug once these filters have been used up.

The jug looks nice and the size is good for daily use. Water flow is fairly quick and the taste does improve compared to tap water. The electronic timer is helpful for reminding when to change the filter. However, the filters don’t seem to last as long as expected and the improvement in taste isn’t very noticeable after a short time. The jug also feels a bit lightweight for the price. Overall, it does the job but I expected slightly better performance from Philips.

La caraffa filtrante Philips Water ha superato le mie aspettative. Il sapore dell’acqua è decisamente migliore, più leggero e senza odori. È facile da pulire e molto pratica da usare ogni giorno. Il flusso è rapido e il timer elettronico è utilissimo per ricordare quando cambiare il filtro, il sistema funziona benissimo e si nota davvero la differenza nella qualità dell’acqua. Prodotto consigliato!

Cheaper than getting the cartridges without a jug! Be advised that they use some sort of technology to force you to replace the cartridges once a month no matter how little you use, though. I'll look for alternatives when I run out of cartridges, maybe there's another brand or a generic item that lasts longer?

Excellent quality and works well in a hard water area.
