Can't live without these! Except when they get too expensive & add shipping charges! 5 STAR review!
DIY Egg Noodles can be found on YT. The ones by Maria Emmerich have a great texture, but there are lots of other variations, even ones like this product have DIY's on YouTube. It's worth it to buy these if you can afford it because it saves time. I'll buy again if the price comes back down. See my 5 Star review below. Love these but, now that they've started charging a shipping fee per 6 pack, they have become too overpriced. These are SO low Cal, the texture is better than anything I've tried except the ones I make myself, but who wants to do that? I'm sensitive to weird flavors and after tastes and these are good, they take on the flavor of whatever you're eating and you actually feel like you're getting a hearty comfort food. I also eat these on the Egg Fast. Recipes below. (Note: The ramen is better for dishes with thick sauces and meat (spaghetti/alfredo dishes), as these ingredients help hold it on your fork . The Vermicelli is better for watery dishes because it gets balled up in dishes with thick sauces, though I'm fine using it for everything. It's easier to eat with a fork than the ramen if your dish is watery.) You'll probably want to tweak these ideas, but I love the lasagna sauce I make for these. To a small casserole dish, add about 3 to 4 oz of meat (your choice), 3 oz 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese (1oz = 2 Tbsp), 2 oz grated sharp cheddar (I like Extra Sharp White Cheddar (from Target), 125g or 1/3 cup of Michael Angelo's Tomato Basil Nonna's Secret Marinera. Heat til very hot and melted. Mix in 3 Noodle Revolution Packages, do not put back in oven/microwave, top with up to 3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese. Heating the noodles too much will make them excrete water and make your dish watery. Just heat up everything else then mix it in, or heat for a short 1 to 2 mins. Unless you're making soup, then it's fine. Chicken noodle soup: 1 can of chicken, 1/2 can of broth, 1-2 Top Ramen spice packets. I make it simple, but you can add veggies and other spices. Top Ramen, exchange ramen noodles for Noodle Revolution, add 2 ramen spice packets. Egg Fast Alfredo Sauce (Keto) This also reminds me of mac n cheese. 1 Tbsp butter 2 Ounces 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese 1 Ounce Sharp Cheddar 3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese Melt in oven or microwave then add 3 packets of Noodle Revolution. I like the 1/3 less fat cream cheese because there's already so much fat in the other cheeses and butter. Helps to reduce calories.

Great low carb noodle option
I was looking for a low carb ramen noodle option. I typically go with shirataki noodles and then I came across this product. I really love these noodles and have purchased it several times now. Pros - low carb, low calorie, versatile (little to no taste so itโs easy to work with), doesnโt have the same smell/consistency of shirataki noodles if that is an issue for you. Cons - pricey, packages are small, and they do fall apart depending on how/how long you look them. Iโll also add that these are not ramen shaped. They remind me much more of an udon noodle. I have used them in soups (works perfectly) and stir fry (fantastic but does fall apart). I have only used these in Asian dishes - I may try a pasta dish next. All that said, I really like these egg noodles - never had anything like them before. I will continue to purchase.

Slippery but no odor or strange taste. Great low-calorie, high-protein snack.
Noodle Revolution I definitely recommend these if youโre looking for a high-protein, low-calorie noodle-like snack that lasts for a good amount of snacking time. But if you donโt care about protein/ calories and are just looking for a substitute for normal noodles, I donโt think youโd be happy with these. Pros: -Great protein-to-calorie ratio. -No strange odor upon opening the bag (and most other bagged noodle substitutes Iโve tried have a strange odor). -No need to rinse separately. -No strange taste, even if eaten alone without sauce. -They donโt upset my super-sensitive stomach (as shirataki noodles do). -Due to the slippery texture of the noodles, I find that they take some time to eat. Cons: -The bag looks bigger online than it is in person; itโs smaller than a Diet Coke can (see photo). -The texture is pretty slippery, similar to konjac/ shirataki noodles. Pro or con depending on preference/ expectations: -They have no taste at all - they take on whatever sauce you put on them. -The portion size is about the same as a bag of shirtaki noodles, but less than a bag of hearts-of-palm noodles. Regarding the two varieties: Both are good, but I prefer the ramen over the vermecelli. Even though Iโm a quantity person and the vermecelli style gives you more noodles per serving, the noodles are so thin that theyโre hard to get on a fork, and they clump together, so I ended up eating it in clumps. Plus, again because the vermecelli are so thin, they donโt feel as hefty and substantive as the ramen. The ramen are closer to the width/ substance of a normal noodle. They (the ramen) are also easier to get out of the package - they slide right out without having to dig at the bottom of the bag, while small strings of vermicelli always stick to the sides of the bag. Having said all that, if the ramen style was unavailable or back-ordered, I would gladly order the vermicelli - so the preference isnโt super strong!

Not a good alternative to real noodles
Not similar to real noodles. They are as soft as boiled egg white, because that is exactly what they are. Better than kelp noodles, but where those are way too tough to the point of being crunchy, these are way too soft to the point of beings pointless. It would be better to just add some raw eggs to boiling broth for the same result at a tiny fraction of the cost. No off flavors, but quite bland. Will not buy again.

Very Pricey but Good
If you want keto noodles that actually taste like noodles and have the same texture as noodles, this is it. I've been eating keto since 2012 and although I've found some passable keto noodles, I never like the so-called "el dente" texture of them because it was more like "el crunchy" to me. hahaha But these Noodle Revolution noodles are so close to the real thing that I think I could feed my guests a meal made with them and they wouldn't even notice. I've been making Pho with them (not true Pho, but my limited version of it). So, low calories, very low carbs, excellent texture and really versatile. My only gripe is the cost. They're quite expensive so I'll limit how often I buy them.

This product is waaaaaay over priced...
First, I want to preface that I have not tasted this product yet, so I have no idea whether it's good, or not or the texture is good or not, or anything else. Obviously, I knew the product only weighs 3.5 ounces. That did not deter me buying it because often 'noodles' weigh little but there is a decent quantity. Not so in my this case. The package says it's ONE serving and I'm certain that's true because it only contains 2/3 cup, it says. So, I paid $5.75, almost $6, for less than a cup of my noodles. How I let that go over my head before I bought it, I have no idea. The ingredients are water, egg white powder and sodium alginate. I've watched people make these on YouTube, so it's possible to make them at home. And the macros are perfect for me, having less than one actual carb. I've never wanted to eat them bad enough that I took the time to make them and I don't want to eat them enough to pay almost $6 for 2/3 cup again. Before I do that, I will make them. I took a pic of them in the palm of my hand, but again I can't upload a pic toy review, for someone reason. I do not know what permissions Amazon is wanting that I can't do this. I gave permission for while I use the app but it still won't let me get past 'settings'. But the whole bag lays comfortably in the palm of my hand. These could be the best tasting noodles on the planet but I will not buy them again, at this price.

Good for a diabetic
Tasty low carb noodles for those who cannot eat regular pasta. Noodles absorb flavors; they do fall apart.
