These seem well built & unlikely to fail when they are used during a critical situation due to the construction & aluminum windlass. I guess we’ll know for sure if they are successfully deployed.

Switched to ratchet style after practicing. You have 30 seconds or so to bleed out and not quick enough with this product.

I carry one of these as a back up when I work on the Ambulance.

Another add on for a rainy day and the military uses them as well.

I bought these as backups to my CAT and SAM tourniquets for my tactical bag and small first-aid kits. They appear well made and I like the metal windlass compared to the plastic ones. Hopefully I won’t need to find out how well they work….

This is excellent value for your money. The upgraded winder and included pen are appreciated.

I love the fact that it has a metal windlass and seems to be made of higher grade components, compared to traditional CAT's.!
