Excellent quality and value. Replaced our hard top with this. Installation was relatively easy. Could use updating the Installation guides. But form, fit and function are what the 5 stars are for

Ordered this for a customer and it fit like a glove. It’s durable and easy to install. Definitely recommend ordering here than getting at the other stores. It’s the same material and brand just more affordable and delivered straight to your house.

Was mostly easy to install alone. Took a few days to stretch and fit perfect. Now, love it it was everything I hoped it would be.

This is not a Bowless top and takes all of 2 hours to install. I did like my Smittybilt Bowless top better but this seems to be much higher quality. You’re not pulling the soft top off in a few minutes for summer fun. To remove the top you have to unhook the cables, pull two 13MM bolts and take two screws out. Very nice top and looks great. I like that I can flip up the front half and drive still. Overall, it is a very, very nice top.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Top arrived with incorrect parts. I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon and got the runaround for two weeks. The customer service department is a joke. I sent pictures to them for proof of purchase because they couldn’t see my purchase through Amazon. They repeatedly said they didn’t receive the pictures. I also sent a picture of the incorrect parts. (They sent two right facing brackets instead of a right and left facing bracket.) They said it had to go through their warranty department. Today the warranty department said they still needed proof of purchase and claimed that Amazon has the ability to repackage returned items so there’s no way they could be certain if the item having the wrong parts was their fault or Amazon’s. After a little more “digging” into the claim the representative found the proof of purchase. The representative said it had been approved for replacement parts on Monday 6/29 but the part has not been shipped yet. It’s supposed to be shipped out on 7/6. We have until 7/16 to return it to Amazon. So, Happy Father’s Day has turned into a customer service nightmare. If there’s anything else wrong with the top, once we are able to put it on our Jeep, we are afraid of the hoops and hurdles we’re going to face trying to get the warranty to cover it. Do not recommend this product or company. Edited to add photo of the part that was finally received on 7/11. Top was installed on 7/12 and we are waiting to see where it is going to leak the next time it rains. Zippers on back window don’t seal and I anticipate leaking. Top has gaps at front doors and potential for leaks. It looks great but we’re waiting for issues to arise. As far as Amazon goes, they’ve graciously agreed to extend their return window to allow us time to try out the top.

Fast shipping okay packaging rough instructions watch the YouTube video. Had to modify a bracket on the driver's side would not fit correctly, had to punch out a small hole in a bracket on passenger side that was powder coated over the windows were packaged by an over caffeinated 8 year old not impressed at all. Waiting for things to warm up and stretch before contacting seller directly, would still recommend but q.a is LOW

Jeep JK 2010 owner here. The fit of this top on my jeep is extremely extremely tight. I don’t know why they had to make it so tight. Despite the sketchy instructions, everything was going good until the installation of the windows. I checked the windows multiple times, and they are installed correctly as per the instructions. I can only close the zipper on the right hand side about 3/4. Even then the tension on the zipper feels like it’s going to pull apart. Very frustrating and I’m not sure how to fix it. Is there a way to stretch this thing?? If anyone else encountered this issue and found a fix, please share!
