Professional grade plating set
This culinary tool set gave my wife and I inspiration to experiment with various plating techniques with varying degrees of success. This is more a lack of experience on our part and not any items with the set. The set is beautifully packaged and of high quality. We are looking forward to improving our technique so we can fully take advantage of the tools in the set. We were originally going to gift this to someone but after seeing it decided to keep it for ourselves…its that nice.

Great for the small details
This a a great set of tongs for plating very delicate dishes and garnishes. The tweezers are very nice and long making them easy to use to place small herbs or edible flowers. The offset spatula is great for delicately moving smaller appetizers around on the plate. This set would also be great for cake decorating. I’d imagine it would be helpful for placing roses, gum paste flowers, and fondant.
