Q: Can this be used for indoor aerobics in sneakers? My last one buckled and I had a bad floor - is it safe?

I use the mat in my garage and I have had no problem. My wife does aerobics in sneakers without any damage to the mat.

Q: I need to place 2 of these side-by-side on a wooden floor, but I am worried about them slipping apart. Do they stay in place or shift around?

It’s rubber, so I would think they would stay in place very well + the mats are heavy and it would take a lot of force to move them.

Q: Is it easy to roll up and store?

Yes. I have mine in my workout drawer. It’s very easily to store.

Q: does this work on low carpet for a Total Gym?
