I was hoping these would be a great source of red ginseng but they are hard and waxy and have very little flavor. Not sure if their potency. Taking as part of a long COVID cocktail.

It’s not bad tasting but very sweet. I tried to return because I don’t want to intake that much sugar daily but seller would not allow a refund. Haven’t been taking it long enough to confirm it’s effects
