I picked this Vitamin C mostly because it uses a liposomal formula and comes with two bottles. Each capsule gives me 500 mg, which works well for me since I already get Vitamin C from some of my other supplements too. One thing that caught my attention was the orange color of the capsules. I've taken Vitamin C off and on for many years, and recently decided to add it to my daily routine again. I chose this liposomal vitamin C and have been really happy with it so far. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that it’s a higher dose without having to take multiple pills. The two-pack is also a great value.

I researched and came across what liposomal was it is a better way for it to absorb into your body. Great value for the quantity you receive 2 bottles. Not sure why the capsules are orange another liposomal product I have is clear. Maybe they just want you to feel like the orange color is like vitamin c in an orange if you know what I mean. I only take one a day and get 500 mg. 2 servings equals 1,000 mg which is recommended on bottle but I take other vitamins too that have vitamin c in it already. I would purchase this from this company again mainly because of the liposomal before this I was adding just a plane powdered vitamin c which probably wasn't absorbed much in my body. So hopefully this product will build up my immune system better which I need. Hope I've helped

I like Liposomal Vitamin C because my body absorbs it better. Each capsule has 1,000 mg of vitamin C which is what I prefer to take. It is definitely part of my dietary intake! Vitamin C is a must have for me because of the immune support that it provides. Sometimes I take it with food and sometimes in between meals. The instructions indicate to take two capsules with water. I always take it with water. But, if I do take two, I take them at different times of the day (eg. one in the morning and one in the evening or before bed).

I’ve been trying to incorporate more vitamins into my daily routine that would benefit my skin and these vitamins report they help with collagen production and lessening wrinkles. However it’s too soon to tell if it’s helped. So far though the pills are easy to swallow and don’t leave a bad aftertaste.

Better absorption - good quality and reasonably priced. As a registered dietitian, I love the liposomal form of vitamins as it increases absorption. I specifically like this product because it does not have cheap fillers, like magnesium stearate and silicone dioxide. The full dose of 1000 mg is two capsules, which I also like better. Taking one capsule twice a day also improves absorption (rather than taking two at the same time.)
