The media could not be loaded.  Decided to try this for our model Y due to the price factor as original OEM parts are almost 3 times costlier than this for 4 Illuminated door sills & also the carbon fiber finish. I am surprised by the quality of this product for it this very reasonably priced when there are many costly options offering similar features. Great build quality and looks great being very functional too. It is a small feature that Tesla should also offer in their vehicles out of the factory. I would highly recommend this upgrade.My 2 cents below:Pros:- Illumination functionality is a nice feature to have in model Y- Superb build quality- Very functional product- Battery is supposed to last for 2 years on normal use and that is long enough- Carbon fiber gives a very elegant look with premium aesthetics- These fit over the existing door sill and hence no removal is needed from the car- Comes with all hardware needed for installation & overall it seems to be an easy installation. Refer to the video in the product listing. It would take around 20-30 minutes for installation- Comes in nice packaging with all parts needed. They even include some spare ones in case you replace the batteries after a couple of years- It is very reasonably priced for the quality and features it offers- Warranty offered by the manufacturerCons:- The installation instructions are not enough. I wish it was a little more detailed. However, refer to the video in the product listing and that suffices- No templates are included in the package, however, it is easy to install overall without the templateNote: Front sills take both 2430 & 2032 batteries. However, I would recommend 2430 for the front due to the large battery power capacity that will make it last longer. Rear sills take 2032 batteries only.

These door sills look excellent . Nice illuminated light that only needs 2 batteries. Didn’t have to remove anything . Definitely makes a difference at night. Would highly recommend this brand.

Super easy to install as you do not need to remove the factory sills, they just go on top. I like that they have a set for the rear doors as well.

Item was delivered bent. Unable to install due to it being bent. No free returns! Item is cheap looking in person.
