Delicious, I purchased the Fruit Punch flavor and am pleasantly surprised! Not gritty at all, dissolves very well into water. Definitely salty but that’s what we’re after over here. Cheaper option than LMNT which I used to purchase.

I found this product while looking for a cheaper alternative to my previous electrolytes (LMNT). These are so good, the flavor is way less salty that what I was using before. I drink mine at room temp but my husband likes to put his in the fridge first and drink it cold. It dissolve quicky and there is no grittiness. I did not need the portability of packets so the tub with a scoop was perfect for me and we can adjust the amount used easily.

Hydrate Pro is the best! I've tried many electrolyte brands, including LMNT, for my POTS and Hydrate Pro beats them all. The fruit punch flavor is awesome and doesn't taste salty at all in my opinion. Also, the sodium content is the highest I've seen on the market. It dissolves easily in my water and is way more affordable than LMNT and other brands I've seen. Couldn't recommend it enough! 10/10

This stuff is amazing. It's a tad bit salty but that's because of the all-natural ingredients, so I recommend around 30oz of water if you can't take a little sodium. The flavors are spot on. Highly recommend, it may or may not make my wife tolerate me more.

Good alternative to the 'other guys' salty electrolyte drink as long as you're not affected by fake sweetener. I usually don't mind but this seems very fake sweet with a bit of after-taste/dry mouth. I didn't have that issue with the 4 letter element one, or the salt t one. I'll finish the container but I won't buy another one.

Taste is horrible I don’t know how there are so many comments that say it tastes good but it tastes like medical seawater.

I LOVE this drink mix. I have POTS and Lupus and this helps keep me hydrated! I buy a few canisters per month and use 2-6 scoops per day, definitely more in the summer. The fruit punch is salty heaven on earth. It does not upset my stomach. The price is a perfect dupe of LMNT and I hope they stay in business forever.

I have been using a different brand of electrolyte powder, and was more or less satisfied with it, to support my strict keto diet. I decided to give this product a try because it's significantly cheaper per serving and includes the same amounts of sodium, potassium, and magnesium, and same sweetner (stevia). I cant believe how much better it is - cheaper, less wasteful (and easier to use) packaging, and it mixes better (the consistency is a less chalky powder, if that's a thing). I tried the Fruit Punch, and the really like the taste. I mixed one scoop in 32 ounces of cold water. I think I may have foundn my new favorite!
