Hestan Provisions OvenBond – 9" x 12.5" Tri-ply Clad Stainless Steel Quarter Sheet Pan with Rack

Funny what gets us excited as adults. I've been lovin this baking sheet. Stainless steel body with an aluminum core. Stainless steel gives nice durability and easy to clean (can scrub it hard without damaging it, unlike aluminum sheets), while getting the desirable even heating qualities of aluminum from the core. Included rack is nice. Looks great and I've used it for meat roasts of all kinds and roasting veggies. Plenty big enough to make dinner for multiple people. It feels expensive for what it is but if you could at any sort of regular frequency, I find it easy to justify the price for the quality of the materials and good function.

Great quality pan! Had mine for over a year now, and I’m so happy with it I’ve bought family members them as gifts! Everyone needs a pan like this—not those cheap ones. This does not warp in the oven, and cleaning it is super easy since nothing sticks to it!

These are nice and heavy baking pans. Very useful and sturdy for baking. They clean up easily.

The Good News: Who would have thought a quarter-sheet pan would make my heart flutter? This gorgeous piece of stainless did exactly that when I opened the box. A kitchen workhorse that is a truly a work of art. Despite a high price tag, I justified ordering as I could use it the rest of my life. There is an old German saying - buy quality once rather than inferior many times over. The Bad News: I love using a quarter sheet pan and rack for roasting food in my Breville Toaster Oven. Rarely do I turn on “the big oven” when cooking for my husband and I. In fact, we have two Breville toaster ovens, side by side, as it is so much more efficient. The problem, for me, was the measurement for the Hestan quarter-sheet pan was 9 x 12. That is accurate for the interior of the pan but the handles add another 3.5 inches for a total of 9” x 15.5” which makes it too wide to slide into my particular Breville. A real heartbreaker as the Hestand is beautifully made. If you use a full-size oven or a larger toaster oven and are seeking a quarter-sheet pan to invest in for a lifetime of use, this is the sheet pan for you.

I'm giving 5 stars because I loved this jelly roll stainless steel pan, however my oven is not wide enough to fit the handles on the pan😞. So while I didn't get a chance to use it, if I get a wider oven I will certainly purchase again. I'm so disappointed in my oven!

This sheet pan is very nice! It is well constructed and it should last a long time. It is heavier than my other sheet pans but this one doesn’t warp! I’ve used it several times at 425 degrees with no warping. I never realized that sheet pans could have handles . This sheet pan has handles —no more sticking my oven mitt thumb in the food! This sheet pan is far superior to other sheet pans that I wish I bought it sooner!

Nice, thick, sturdy, easy to clean sheet! Impressive heat distribution for better baking performance! I like them for what they are, my daughter bakes a lot and loves them for the versatility it gives her.

"You get what you pay for" is an old saying. It's still in our language, because it's true. I know that Heston cookie sheets are very expensive, but you have to look at it over time. I have a set of decent stainless steel cookie sheets; they aren't the quality of the Heston sheets. They're 10 years old now, and they're still usable, but getting harder to clean. They're the larger 18" long pans. I usually end up using just one, because only 1 sheet will fit on the oven shelf. I also have a problem fitting them in the dishwasher, without the arm hitting them. I'm not spoiled; I'm disabled. The larger sheets are hard for me to use. I've sent back 2 sets of 304 stainless steel cookie sheets, to Amazon this past week; both sets had hundreds of stellar reviews. But both sets warped severely at 375°. 304 stainless steel should never warp. My other baking pans (as well as my cooking pans) are made of Tri-Ply 304 stainless steel, with aluminum sandwiched between. All cost me upwards of $75-100 each, 20+ years ago. They look and perform the same today as they did when I bought them. It's CHEAPER to buy really good pans that last a lifetime, then $30 pans that need replacement every couple of years. It's simple math. Heston pans aren't just cookie sheets, they're an investment. I know for a fact that I'll never have to replace them. I ordered one cookie sheet and it performed as I expected a very well-made cookie sheet should perform. I made picture perfect chocolate chip cookies on the first one, right after it was delivered. Every cookie was evenly brown; all were the same color of golden brown, baked at 375°. Needless to say, it didn't warp. After removing the cookies, I heated the oven to 400°, with the empty cookie sheet in the oven. I don't generally put an empty pan in a hot oven, but I have a recipe that calls for it. It didn't warp. I went ahead and ordered a second cookie sheet which came today. My old sheets were the type that are completely flat, with one raised edge. I wish I hadn't ordered this type of cookie sheet. The Heston pans have a 1" rim all around. Over the years, I've lost count of how many times things have run off into the oven bottom. It's also a heck of a lot easier to get rimmed cookie sheets in and out of a hot oven. Heston goes one step further by adding handles at each end of the pan. The Heston pans are heavy, which is why they perform so well. Heston is also priced very versus comparable Tri-Ply cookie sheets. They come well packed in individual boxes. When looked at through the lens of time, Heston cookie sheets are a bargain.

Hestan is top tier, and we love the included baking rack.. expensive yes, but it’s a lifetime investment.

I can never get it as clean as it first arrived, then again it was not meant to be displayed. It is a versatile cooking implement that I would suggest is better to have and not need it than need it and not have it. If I can buy a product made closer to where I was born than 95% of the products out there, price would not deter me.

Worth the money, with proper care, you're set for life with this one on quality and durability.

Best ever. Expensive but in the following half year from first purchase, we bought multiple and replaced all our trays. They are thick, not warping, strong, really stainless luxury look and feel. No regrets.

Mazing quality, as expected from Hestan.....thats not the Heston dude with the issues and stars. Hestan makes great cookware.
