Hestan Provisions OvenBond – 9" x 12.5" Tri-ply Quarter Sheet Pan with Stainless Steel Rack

As a seasoned cook I can truly appreciate the outstanding quality. The weight is perfectly balanced. It still amazes me that stainless steel this quality cleans up as easy as any high end non-stick cookware that I own, including the rack. It's a perfect size when cooking for two (or one) with fast even heating and absolutely no warping. If you're into asparagus, this size using the rack perfectly holds one bunch of asparagus for roasting.

This review is for the Hestan Provisions OvenBond Quarter Size (9" x 12.5") Baking Sheet and Cooling Pan. I am completely delighted with this baking sheet. The baking sheet is deep, so it contains oils and liquids. The small size is perfect for daily use. The cooling rack can also be used during baking, so it can raise foods above the baking sheet so that foods can be cooked from underneath without sticking to the baking sheet. The polished stainless steel finish looks great, and the pan has integrated handles. An especially nice design detail is that it does not have rolled-over rims that would collect water, oils or food debris. The straight sides make it easier to clean. The baking sheet and cooling rack are dishwasher safe. However, you should wipe them dry after washing so that they don't get hard water stains.

I love this pan and the great rack that was part of the purchase. Both are heavy stainless and beautifully made. While the interior of the pan is. 13 * 9 the outside is 15.5 so it won’t fit in my breville oven. I like this so much that I am shopping for a countertop oven that will accommodate it! Until I find one ie will be used in the regular oven. I will be shopping for more of there pans , hopefully soon! I highly recommend Hestan bakeware

Worth every penny. Lovely to look at, perfect size for many tasks, and so far has been warp-free. Does a nice job of roasting veggies. Very close to cast iron, but much lighter. If you want a 100% safe pan, this is the best I've seen.

Even though the price is high but I like this item. Very good quality and easy to clean. Just want they have bigger size then I can buy another one.

The size of this is very small and meant for a toaster oven not a full size oven for more than one person. I ordered 3 stainless baking sheets of a larger size through another company and paid a fraction of the price. Not worth the price
