Beautiful towels, looks great in my bathroom. Different than I thought they would look like in real life, but I like them better.

Got a deal on prime day and thought I’d give it a shot. Promptly went back and bought more colors and patterns for all of my bathrooms and powder rooms. These class a place up in a subtle way, super fast drying, soften up with washing. Light weight and oversized make them super versatile.

Thinner material than I expected, but they are cute and fairly functional none the less.

So I got the sultan/salmon and it's much lighter than pictured. I'm grumpy about it but it's ok. Surprising shape but hopefully when I hang it in the bathroom it'll stay on the ring when my kids go through there.

I ordered these to use in my bathroom as hand towels. I wanted a turkish towel look.However, Keep in mind the quality matches the cost - inexpensive. They did not soften when washed (polyester content?) And the weave is loose - I'm not sure they would hold up under continual use.I ended up using them as a color accent on top of white waffle weave towels. Which is why I am ok with these.

I wanted to love these towels. The color options are beautiful, I don’t really care about the length. But they are not absorbent. I assumed I could use them as hand (drying) towels in my kitchen or bathroom but they leave your hands one notch under wet.So if you want a pretty towel in your powder room for guests that is semi-functional; these are great. If you want actual ability to dry; go elsewhere.

Today I received both my Herringbone and Sultan packages. Herringbone is very long (fits the 18x40 inches described) and very soft, almost like a scarf. But I am here to talk about the Sultan in Coral.When I opened both packages, I initially thought that the Coral Sultan hand towel was missing the second one. It was so small and thin while wrapped. The softness is not there, it feels like a cheap dish towel right now. I can not speak to how well it will work as a dish towel, which was my intended reason for the purchase.For the Sultan design I am having a hard time finding any pros. So here are my first (and negative) impressions.1. Definitely does not fit the 18x40 inch lengths in the description, it is 16x302. Very thin; much thinner than the Herringbone design. Feels like a cheap and thin dishtowel, not sure how helpful it will be in drying towels or hands.3. The threading(the actual white thread to help make the seam) along the longest part on one of the towels is unraveling and was terribly put on, it looks like a child tried and failed to thread the side of it.4. The color of the Coral, up close looks very red and dark, further away does it look light a light red, the color expectation just doesn't fit, avoid coral if you are going for a true coral coloring. For the price breakdown of $5 per towel ($9.99 for both), I am concerned the intended function of using it as a drying dish towel, or even a towel to dry hands will be such a waste.I will update after using, but I am thinking these may end up going back. I just wanted to update my dish towels. Maybe after a wash they will soften like others said, but it's so thin, not really sure how it can get any softer?If you want an accurate size dimension and softness go with the herringbone. It's funny that it's coming from the same company, and yet quality is night and day.
