60 days in and one charger slot failed. Don't give this unit much hope to last a yearEdit:After posting my review, the seller contacted me and offered a full refund. I asked for a replacement instead and it arrived within days. This is 5 star service. I like that the seller stood by their product. Can't ask for anything more. Thank you!

EDIT**- seller reached out directly and sent a replacement, the unit still makes the same noise but lights work and batteries are now charging, seller was great standing behind their product.Was very excited for this unit and it worked great when I initially plugged it in. Within the first few hours the unit started to make an awful humming sound and stopped charging batteries, the indicator lights on the front also didn’t work. Disappointing for sure.

I received this as a Christmas gift, I was happy to receive it but that quickly changed. I used it the first time to charge 2 batteries worked fine. The next time I used it to attempt to charge 4 batteries after over 8 hours in the charger uninterrupted only one battery charged. I removed the others as I didn’t want to damage the batteries they did charge up without issue in the single Dewalt charger. I contacted the seller as I didn’t want to return the charger and asked if there’s anything that I could attempt to remedy the issue. I received no response back so after several days I just returned the charger. I’m very disappointed in the lack of customer service the seller displayed and obviously they don’t stand behind their products. I don’t recommend buying this charger or purchasing anything from this seller.
