Hexclad who?
I needed new pots & pans because my old ones are horrible (bunch of stuff peeling off). I wanted some good pans that will last. I was looking at Hexclad but honestly I'm too broke. Then I came across these, I was like hmm 3 pans 100, bit pricey but better than other brands. I was looking at another cookware set that was 130 for everything I need but kept coming back to these. I said what the heck we use pans the most, I can start replacing my stuff little by little. They arrived 2 days ago and I started using them. I was blown away, they have some weight but not super heavy, they are so easy to cook with, I just use a little bit of oil and stuff doesn't stick (I forgot how good it feels not to have to worry about stuff sticking). They're beautiful. I'm happy I went with these. The handles to me are quite comfortable (got the wood handles) I was worried because someone said they were slippery (I'm a very clumsy person, thought it could end in disaster) but so far they haven't been slippery for me. The best part is the clean up, they are so easy to clean, I fried some cheese on them and no issues at all, I made wanna be bananas foster (no liquor) and it was still so easy to clean. I'm glad I splurged (This may not be a splurge to others, but as I said broke, lol). I was bummed when I saw I couldn't afford Hexclad because they have a lifetime guarantee, but once I received these I changed my mind. So happy with them, the best part is they're cast iron so they may last a lifetime as well! Also, I did not have to season them like regular cast iron pans and they're way lighter than them. Will update again if anything changes

Truly impressed so far!
My first impression of these pans is excellent. They are a fairly heavy cast iron material with a nonstick coating. They aren't quite as heavy as a Lodge or a standard cast iron, which makes them easier to lift and to use on a day-to-day basis, but they are very substantial. They work great on induction cooktops - heating up quickly and retaining heat due to their thickness. The 8" pan is perfect for frying eggs. The edges have a low angle which makes flipping the eggs really easy too and they don't stick at all with the nonstick coating (see the video). The wooden handles are one of my favorite features now. I wasn't sure at first, but they are comfortable in the hand, very sturdy, don't heat up, and look really unique and classy (in my opinion). The only thing I don't know at this point is how long the coating will last. I don't really like nonstick coatings for that reason, but other people said that it holds up well, so I will have to see how they work for us with pretty much daily use.

Nice Pan
I have used it only once, but nothing stuck to it and it was pretty easy to clean in the dishwasher. It is a lot heavier than you might think.

BEST PANS/SKILLETS EVER!!! AND the most WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SEVICE & WARRANTY!!!
These are the very best pans/skillets we have ever had. I love the cast iron and how it cooks so evenly, AND the non-stick feature is amazing! I expect that over time, the non-stick feature will become less and less non-stick as all such pans/skillets that I've ever bought have done that. However, the cast iron and features of even cooking will not ever wear out. These are quite heavy, and really spread the heat and cook so well. After just over one year of use, one of the handles became a little loose. When I contacted the company, I received an immediate reply and follow-up, and they sent out a replacement skillet/pan. I was not expecting such wonderful warranty service, nor such quick and professional response to my inquiry. I would highly recommend these products and company to others. In fact, our daughter-in-law liked them so much that she ordered some for her family. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!! Update - June 2025 - Our original order was in April 2024. One of the skillets that we use most often (probably five times a week for over one year) has started to become non-stick. I shared the information with Imarku and they said they would replace the skillet. I have NEVER had a company that was so easy to work with and actually honored their warranty like Imarku does. We love the skillets, and definitely appreciate the warranty on them. YOU won't be disappointed!

Quality, Performance and Value
Excellent quality and performance! I have used it for searing, sauté, braising, and omlets. It goes right from the stovetop to the oven. It also cleans up very easily.

Best pans
So far, these are the best frying pans I have ever had and I’ve been cooking a long time. It was worth every dime love them. They are heavy. I have to use both hands with the large and the medium.

Edit added - Still great pans, but the non-stick portion hasn't held up as well over time
Edit Jan 25: I've now owned these for over a year, and their non-stickness doesn't work so well after a time. The pans still work fairly well, but certain things stick pretty badly, like omelets or anything with skin, regardless of how much oil/ butter is added. I've followed the care instructions to a "T" and never use anything that might scrape the surface, and handwash only just to be safe. I've tried other tips like after washing, heating slightly with a little bit of oil to sort of re-season things, and have even tried higher heats with recommended oils to re-season in more traditional ways, and nothing seems to bring back the magic it once had. These things still heat very evenly, and get HOT, so there are still a number of wins with this set, but the non-stick factor is meh, now. Oh well... they still look beautiful... I just wish there were better non-stick options out there that would actually last. ************************ Original review: These are seriously the best non-stick pans I have ever used, with nothing that even remotely compares. They basically have all of the pros of true non-stick (like ceramic) and seasoned cast iron, without the cons. I love how non-stick ceramic pots and pans are, but even following the care instructions to a "T" (handwash only, only use silicon utensils, etc.), they end up scratching horribly and with time, things begin sticking. I feel like the only solution is to replace them about every 1 - 2 years, which feels wasteful and expensive to me. I love the idea of cast iron and being non-toxic, but the reality can be a pain. They require a lot of re-seasoning to maintain their non-stick coating, are incredibly heavy, bulky, and if you cook anything fishy or acidic in them, they need a good washing and re-seasoning after. I work full-time and have young kids and while I love cooking, I just don't have time or energy for the upkeep of cast iron. Then I randomly stumbled across these. They had excellent reviews and really intrigued me. I've owned them for a couple of months now and cannot be more in love with them. I scoured all of the questions/ answers and reviews and couldn't quite sort out if they need to be seasoned. Apparently they don't. They use a cast-iron non-stick coating, according to the literature these come with. They do recommend using non-abrasive utensils and cleaning methods, although after weeks of heavy heavy (but careful) use, these don't seem to scratch. Granted, I'm not using metal or anything just in case, but still, my ceramic ones began scratching almost immediately. If you can believe it, these are even more non-stick than quality ceramic pans that cost three 4 times as much. Seriously absolutely nothing sticks to these. I flipped a really cheesy quesadilla poorly the other day, and a bunch of the cheese spilled out. Even with a thick layer of shredded cheese and some chicken, it just glided around the pan. I later did it on purpose because who doesn't love fried cheese? No oil or anything, and once it was properly fried on the bottom, it released no problem. The little bumps on the bottom of the pan also seem to really help with even temperature distribution. Everything I cook is cooked perfectly and evenly. There don't seem to be hotspots with these pans like there have been with every other type of pan I've used. The texture on the bottom also creates a fun sear on things, with a bunch of little round circles. These seem to heat up more quickly than cast iron, but maintain steady heat even better than cast iron. You don't need to heat these pans as hot as other pans, at least in my experience. They heat very quickly and while I used to use "high" on my stovetop frequently to get a good sear, even on my cast iron, with these they can burn things on high. It's a bit of a learning curve, but for whatever reason, these heat up more quickly and evenly than any other pan I've used, so babysit your food when you're first using these to sort out the best cooking temperatures. Cleanup is so easy too. Per the care guidelines, I don't introduce extreme temperature differences, so let these pans cool for at least 15 minutes after use, and seriously running it quickly under water releases everything. Unlike traditional cast iron that rusts, I can leave these wet after and they air dry, with no rusting. They don't seem to hold onto grease, but just in case, I do use a little soap and a non-stick safe cleaning pad and rinse well after. They don't seem to hold onto stinky smells like fish either. These are much less porous than regular cast-iron. While heavy-duty, these are also significantly lighter than traditional cast iron too. My thin, weak wrists don't feel like they'll be dislocated moving these particular pots around. Finally, I do like that the handles are removable, but likely won't use that feature often. It's not that they're difficult to remove, but it does take a few steps and removing a screw (and hoping I don't lose it!) to do so. I've removed the handles a couple of times when moving something from the stovetop to the oven, but prefer to leave the handles alone. I also wish they had lids, but it's not the end of the world that they don't. My skillet lids from a different set mostly work with these, so I can make it work on the rare occasions I need a lid. Tomato-based items don't seem to impact these either like they did my traditional cast iron. All in all, get these pans! Whether your a novice in the kitchen or highly experienced, you will love this set! All of these sizes seem to work well for our family of 4 (plus frequent company).

Cannot Be Used With Wine
After unpacking and reading the literature for the purchaser, and was dismayed to see that it stated that no ingredients with alcohol could be used with this pan. Well, as a classically trained chef, I use wine and various spirits with higher alcohol concentration, a LOT. That fact should be stated upfront. So this had to be returned. Moved on to Hoffmann, also available here on Amazon, which has no such restrictions.

The best
I LOVE the detachable handles! Makes storage so much easier. They clean with the wipe of a paper towel, no sticking whatsoever. The even heat of cast iron makes for better cooking. They are a little heavy for arthritic hands, but that's to be expected with cast iron. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great quality, love using them
We've had these pans around 6 months and use them everyday. Coating is great and really easy to clean ,hardly anything sticks to the surface and anything that does us easy to remove. They could be too heavy for some people to toss but its a simple trade off. Definitely recommend them

Non Stick cast iron, dishwasher safe kitchen fry pan set.
Love them, everything just slides out. Clean up is simple, easily remove solid wood handle and they’re high heat safe in the oven, high heat safe on the stove top and not worrying about these marking up, wearing down easily or being stuck with limited use like Teflon pans.
