We loved all the little disposable tools and extras that came with the kit, they were really awesome. Just like other reviews said, we followed directions exactly and it BLEACHED my and my teenagers daughters eyebrows. We tried it several times to make sure it wasn't us. We did NOT have the same result from their black lash kit that we purchased this summer. But I did notice that the formula for the black was a different consistency and in a different container.***UPDATE****Seller offered full refund so thank you very much

Everything was good except for that it bleached mine and my sisters eyelashes 😂😭

Unfortunately this product did not work for me. I followed the directions exactly and I'm pretty good at DIY stuff. I even left it on a little longer that the suggested 5-8 minutes. It made zero difference in my lashes or brows.

I just received this item and it has a manufacturer date of 2021 and expires in 2024. Am not sure what the 15th month of the year is but it has been on a shelf for three years and is about to expire.

it's got a strong chemical smell that can be a bit overwhelming. I also found that the dye darkened my brows more than I wanted so I had to remove it early. Overall, it's not a bad product but it didn't last as long as I expected

This kit does have everything you need. It probably is best to have a friend or "professional" help you. However, I used it with no issue. I suggest watching tutorials of similar products ahead of time as the instructions are a little vague. The product does have a smell and can sting due to the developer, b/c it is a dye. If you are sensitive to smells, or chemicals, then this product may not work for you. My only complaint is that it dyes the brows dark, so you have to keep an eye and remove it as soon as you get the color you want. If you leave it on their suggested time then you may be in for a surprise. Also even after waiting 24 hours before wetting the brows with water, their color still faded and did not last as long as I would have hoped. 3 stars due to the strong chemical smell and the fact it did not last as long as described.. in my opinion, 2 weeks of longevity max.

This kit is daunting. It comes with a lot of tools for dying your eyelashes and brows. It does clearly state for professionals and to have a friend help you. This is not something to attempt on your own. There are several different tools for several applications and a measuring spoon to get the amount of mix correct. You need to keep your eyes closed for a long period of time while the dye reacts. The date on my box was made in 2022 and expires in 2025.
