This is a 5.8 ghz camera for a 5.8 ghz monitor or google no app needed for those !!!
Its a great lil camera for the price works great with my emax 5.8 ghz googles actually came with a mounting bracket very surprised to see that and getting it on my channel was easy enough i do wish it came with instructions but it works great has really good range and works well with any 5.8 ghz stuff goggles monitor i feel like people don’t understand what they are buying and it’s getting bad reviews this is first and foremost designed to work with the dumborc monitor if you don’t have that it will work with any other 5.8 ghz monitor or goggles with NO APP NEEDED!! Now other app requirements may be different but if you are flying you don’t want your phone as a monitor get a text or call and your going down lol

Chinese peice of junk
It comes with zero instructions and not much information on the amazon page. I understand its a cheap Chinese camera, but theres no app for it to connect to, nor is there anything stating how exactly it works. I did research and my hypothesis is that it needs to connect to a RC car and controller of the same Chinese junk brand for it to function.

Versatile mount, good VCC power range
This is a versatile FPV camera/transmitter. The wide range of power (2.5-5.5v) allows for easy connections. To keep it truly portable, I just us a 1s/350 battery attached directly to the camera base, which makes for easy transfers between RC cars. The range is typical for a 25 mW transmitter, about the same as most radios in the low-cost RC car arena. Good thing is that it doesn't get as hot as the more powerful transmitters do (good for kids).These pair up easily with my DJI FPV-RE (Racing edition circa 2018 has analog 5.8 receiver) goggles. The picture quality is on par with the other cameras out there, but there is not much to brag about in the analog cameras FPV world.Another good use case for this is to mount it in front of your monitor and practice FPV simulators using your goggles, a good next-step before moving outdoors with your goggles for the first time.

Took a few tryst to get the right app to get it to work but all was good!

This camera is awesome
This camera is sitting on my 1:16 RC car and it opens up a whole new level of driving to my rc cars.The image quality amazes me as I'm used to the cameras that are attached to ready to run drones which can never keep up with the speed of the craft.My cars drive a lot faster that any of my drives could fly, yet this camera provide a nice crisp view that don't stutter or give up and that's why I rate five stars
