Nice alternative to rice
I put purchased this on a whim, as I don't think I would pay this normally, having recently been diagnosed type 2 diabetic and high cholesterol this is perfect for me, if you aren't a fan of lentils you wouldn't know, it looks like rice and it cooks like rice, I will see how long this box lasts me, maybe if it drops in price I might purchase it again.
