Hamilton Beach Upright Freezer, Deep Freeze, Stainless Steel Freezer with Drawer Compartments, 11 cu. ft. Freezer – 25”D x 23.6”W x 66.5”H

Arrived with no damage and was very well protected. I really the drawer system and I find them pretty large. (The drawer system is why I picked this upright freezer.) Also, pretty quiet. Fits in narrow spaces.

Excellent Freezer, just wish it was bigger. 7 Months, no issues.

This unit fits perfectly in my smaller space, has see-through (helpful) drawers with side hand holes for easily removing and/or cleaning them, and powered up and cools perfectly. As a bonus, the delivery team was outstanding! Definitely recommend!

This thing has several major design flaws which conspire to make it the worst freezer I've ever owned. Right out of the box one corner was buckled due to how thin and flimsy the casing is. I'm not blaming shipping because it would have taken so little force to crush the corner. So I have to put blocks under one corner just to keep it upright. Then you have the cheap seal around the door that just falls off. It is just stuffed into an oversized slot that it can easily pull out from under its own weight. Then once that happens the inside clogs up with frost and seals the drawers shut! Even a minimal amount of frost buildup makes it so the drawers won't close all the way, which then prevents the front door from closing all the way resulting in yet more frost buildup. The frost also prevents the drawers from being removed as well. You either have to chisel all the ice away with the drawers in place or defrost the whole thing just to get it usable again. Total Garbage.

Able to separate all frozen items that are in drawers not on shelves that get overstacked and stuff falls out and lands on yur toes!! Ouch!!

Came dinged up but not enough to warrant returning (mostly in the back where it wasn't so visible, some on the door but not eye catching.). No running noise, everything stays frozen, LOTS of space, seal is good a bit tough to open at times have to use both arms and a bit of force. Light and easy to move.

It's a fair product. I agree with other reviews that the flimsy plastic handle is horrible. However, after I was not able store everything in this "11 cu ft" freezer that came out of an 8 cu ft freezer, I took measurements. While the drawers are good for organizing, and the freezer gets crazy cold (buried a -20 degree F thermometer), you lose a LOT of storage because of the added hardware. If you stripped out *everything*, including the cooling elements, and measured to the very edge of the shell with the door open, you almost hit 11 cu ft. There are 7 drawers, but the bottom one is only 1/2 size. The inside dimensions of the drawers as shown in the pictures are 15" x 17" x 7", which comes to 1.03 cu ft. Multiplied by 6.5 drawers and you actually only have 6.711 cu ft of storage. :( I'll decide by the end of the week if I'm sending it back.

My wife and both disabled. The first delivery of this item was a fiasco. We cleared a path all the way to our laundry room where the freezer was supposed to go, but they dropped it off in the dining room leaving our grandson to finish bringing it in. They were rude about it. We let it sit a few days, knowing that to be the standard procedure. When we turned it on and set the thermostat low, it never froze anything. We called to have it replaced. The second delivery went better. We made sure the path was clear. They still refused to take it to the laundry room, but were at least polite in refusing. Two days later, a crew came to get the first one. They refused to come inside at all. Our son happened to be visiting and somehow got the freezer up the stairs to them. The new freezer is working fine, but if I had known what a pain it would be to get to this point, I would've bought it elsewhere.

This freezer is a great product, no problems whatsoever!

Excelente aparato, si hubiera llegado correctamente, el proveedor envia aparatos que no son nuevos y mal estado, y no hay quien ayude a que te entreguen uno nuevo, en lugar de uno reacondicionado. Y amazon no ayuda

Holds less than chest or open shelves freezer. No more over shopping. All good.

Son muy práctico los cajones, se pueden separar los alimentos.
