Don’t drink in afternoon, you probably won’t sleep that night. I also don’t drink it everyday. But when I do it really keeps me going. I love it.

This is a light pomegranate flavor with a slightly tart after taste. It's actually pretty good chilled and a ton better tasting than many energy / sport drinks / mixes. After reading some other reviews I expected this to have a horrible taste, but it does NOT. This is the 3rd flavor from 'Vitamin Energy' that I tried = Tropical Berry - Mixed Berry - Acai Pomegranate and all have tasted pretty good in the world of energy shots. While I've found this works well for greatly improving my energy for the day I want to mention > > The shot doesn't contain sugar - but is sweetened with Sucralose. That's a neg being as study's have shown Sucralose can lower good bacteria in the gut by half. And is known to increase inflammation in the body. But if your OK with Sucralose (or take probiotics) then this is a good product to try. Gives a good clean boost - without jitters for approx 6-7+ hours - then gently gone = no crash The shot is a lightly pink (almost clear) liquid - as thin as water, naturally flavored but they don't say exactly what. But it tastes pretty good. I DIDN'T notice a vitaminy aftertaste which is surprising considering the ingredients contain 3 Vit B's. This combination from Vitamin Energy is focused on energy. > Ingredients of 200 to 14,000% DV of key Vit B's for energy = Vit B 3 - 6 - 12. > Taurine 1500mg - has important functions in heart / brain and support nerve growth. Lowers blood pressure and calms the nervous system. > Glucuronolactone 350mg - enhance athletic performance (also in Red Bull) detoxes the liver and reduces mental fatigue. > NATURAL - 260mg caffeine. > nearly three cups of perked coffee. > N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine 40mg - helps builds protein and produces enzymes - produces neurotransmitters and more. (considered safe up to 150mg per day up to 3 months) > L-Phenylalanine 5mg - an amino acid that helps make protein This 4 box case is a fairly good value currently $67.50 = 48 bottles = approx $1.40 ec.
