Wireless Security Camera Outdoor Dual Lens 4MP 10X Digital Zoom, 360° PTZ WiFi CCTV Camera, Motion Detection, Home Security Camera with Auto Tracking, Two-Way Audio, Color Night Vision

I bought this new version of the Hisseu PTZ camera as it offered better resolution and a10x zoom to my existing Hisseu cameras. I have installed 3 Hisseu systems before and I added this new camera to a spare slot on my 8 camera system. Very well packaged and visibly different to the previous model; improvements include integrated antennas (they move with the camera), twin lens to enable the zoom function, very good build quality and compact. Very simple and quick to connect to the existing system using wireless add on the DVR admin screen. Plugged in, selected add new camera and within seconds was connected and showing a picture, which was very good quality. On startup the camera had motion detection active and worked immediately. The camera will also work as a standalone camera connected through the Eseecloud app, where (for example) it can be installed at an entrance to provide 2 way communication with visitors, day and night, with the light acting as a security function as well. Once connected, I installed the camera on a high pole approximately 50m from the DVR, on power up it connected immediately and provided a very clear image. Due to its location I do not use the 2 way voice function however did check it worked before installation and it was very clear. Connectivity with the Smart phone app is also pretty seamless and effective, once added to the system it appears in the app. Quality of the picture on screen is very good, recorded content is also good, easy to find and view in the app. There are different options for motion detection, the use of AI for human body detection is good but is very sensitive, especially if there is a lot of movement (I live next to a busy road) - i set it at the lowest sensitivity level and it works great! Also has options for full colour night vision, IR night vision and Smart, which switches between IR and colour when motion is detected. The lights which provide full colour night mode are very effective and give good illumination over a large area. Overall, I thoroughly recommend this camera to anyone thinking of getting CCTV. Coupled with the DVR system that Hisseu have it is all you will need to provide that extra security and comfort for your home. Don’t hesitate with this one, get one now!

I wanted to upgrade my camera on front of house. looked good and promising. Well I was wrong camera is not worth the money camera was on hd mode and image isnt worth watching. totaly not worth selling. I would not buy this camera. i also tried it on sd mode and was even worst. Signal to nvr is excellent

I purchased this Hiseeu Wireless/PoE PTZ Dual Lens camera (WHD604) as an upgrade to a previous Hiseeu camera (which I’ve been using since mid-2021). On arrival, I found the camera to be well packaged and it came with a comprehensive user manual (although I found the camera very straightforward to set-up by following the instructions in the app), a power supply and wall fixings. This version is a 4MP dual lens camera where the long-focus and short-focus lenses are utilised to achieve up to 10X digital zoom. The camera also includes motion detection / auto tracking (a ‘Humanoid detection frame’ can be turned on in the app) and two-way audio (it has a microphone and speakers). Infrared, colour night vision and smart night vision (the spotlights are turned on when motion is detected) options are also available in the app. I use their Android app (EseeCloud) but I believe that an Apple app and a PC (Windows) version are available. The PTZ functions may also be controlled manually via the app and you can save preset positions. I’ve only set one preset (as the default ‘return here after tracking’ one) but the app seems to show you can add up to 6. Having installed this camera several months ago, I’m pleased to report that it has been working well and I’ve found that the quality of the video is good, even when I’ve used the app to try out the 10x zoom. Although you do have the option to subscribe for different levels of cloud storage (differing costs for the various periods videos can be stored for, how long you subscribe for, etc), I’ve not tried the cloud storage as I purchased and installed a high-speed and large capacity SD card. Hiseeu advise that the camera supports up to a 256Gb SD card. The app also allows you to set a ‘Motion detection area’ (to reduce unimportant alarms due to movement in areas you’re not interested in). You can also have it sound a siren and trigger warning lights if movement is detected. Compared to my previous Hiseeu camera, according to the specifications, this version now has 4000V lightning protection and is equipped with upgraded dual antennas which should enhance Wi-Fi connection stability (please note that the camera only supports 2.4GHz and not 5G Wi-Fi). It also has a IP65 waterproof rating. I’ve always found Hiseeu’s support (thank-you Jason!) excellent so, if you have any pre- or post-purchase questions, please don’t hesitate to contact them via email or WhatsApp. Please note, due to time zone differences, they may take a few hours to reply. However, if I’ve messaged them (via WhatsApp) early in the morning, they usually reply very quickly.

How easy it was to install

I was looking to purchase a CCTV Security Camera and this Hiseeu dual lens PTZ model perfectly fits the task! The box comes with all the necessary components including the amazing CCTV Security Camera itself, power supply with a long chord, plugs and bolts for easily securing the camera to any wall, as well as the important User Manual. The camera is impressively big, giving a good impression of high quality and durability. The dual 4MP lenses provides an outstanding image quality in the wide-view angle as well as in 10x zoom close-ups. LEDs for full night colour footage, as well as infrared for undisturbed black & white night vision. Easy remote access and control via the recommended App through any phone, tablet or PC. Noticed that, for accessing your history footage, you will need a Hiseeu Cloud storage or a micro SD memory card of up to 256Gb (to be bought separately). Honestly, so far, I can't think of any issues or cons as this PTZ Smart CCTV camera is just a fantastic devise and is worth every penny. Highly recommend it. Purchased this camera and very pleased with it but the power adapter is split in two allowing the cables inside to be on show , the adapter is only 12v but the mains cable powering it is 240v making this very dangerous to use. Looks like the quality control isn’t very good. I purchased the NVR camera set about a year ago and it’s working great but the broken adapter is not acceptable

Brilliant wee camera! Great quality picture in 4k. Initial setup was OK as I was already using the Essecloud app. Ease of use, good coverage, only downside for me is my weak wifi, although I have full fibre, therefore I am having dropouts, so be warned you will need a strong wifi. But a really good camera with 2 lenses and zoom function, as well as pan and tilt. Price is reasonable in comparison to others.

I have given this product 2 stars as it has the potential to be a good camera but I have grave concerns about the quality and quality control of this product. The camera arrived promptly, installed easily and produced good quality video and images. However I found that either live viewing or recorded videos had a loud buzz on the sound and although I tried various factory resets and adjustments I could not clear the buzz or hear any other sounds. I contacted Jason as per the instruction booklet and after a bit of problems in him understanding what camera I had and that it did not have a hard drive he asked me to communicate through WhatsApp and I sent him sample videos. He at last agreed that there was a problem with the microphone and sent me a replacement camera. However although the sound was fine on the second camera the images were very poor and out of focus. I contacted Jason again to say that there was a focus problem but he told me this was due to the zoom being a digital zoom. This was obviously not the case so I sent him images from the original camera taken from the same location using the same object in the same position with the same zoom and then the replacement camera. You can see the results of the original camera as image 1 and the replacement camera as image 2 below. Although there is very clearly a problem Jason now responds to my messages as "hello my friend" and "good morning" but nothing else. Is Jason an AI program? I then emailed the support centre but have had no response at all from them. I am now in the position of having 2 non working cameras and will have to make a complaint to Amazon. I have wasted a considerable amount of time on this product and I understand things can go wrong but 2 out of 2 cameras faulty is not good and the support very poor.

Die Einrichtung und Installation gestaltete sich äußerst einfach und unkompliziert. Schon nach wenigen Minuten war die Kamera einsatzbereit und konnte über die mitgelieferte App gesteuert werden. Diese bietet eine intuitive Benutzeroberfläche und ermöglicht eine mühelose Kontrolle über sämtliche Funktionen der Kamera. Die Auflösung sorgt für eine beeindruckend klare Bildqualität, und der Hybrid-Zoom ermöglicht es, jedes Detail gestochen scharf zu erfassen. Der Zoom lässt sich von 1x bis 10x präzise steuern, was besonders bei der Überwachung großer Flächen von Vorteil ist. Die Bewegungserkennung der Kamera ist ein weiteres Highlight. Ho acquistato questa telecamera da integrare al kit Hiseeu WNKIT-4HB312-1T per posizionarla nell'area piú ampia da coprire. Buona ricezione del segnale wireless dal nvr anche con muro in pietra da 1m di spessore e facile da connettere, volendo anche tramite cavo lan. Buona manovrabilità del ptz anche da remoto con app eseeCloud con possibilità di programmare delle posizioni con zoom preimpostate. Lo zoom fa egregiamente il suo lavoro, permettendomi di guardare ogni angolo della proprietà e anche di ammirare il panorama da remoto 😉 Anche la visione notturna ad infrarossi é nitida e di buona qualità. Per qualsiasi dubbio o aiuto tecnico il servizio clienti é sempre disponibile e attento e risponde anche in italiano. Sono molto soddisfatta e le mie aspettative sono state superate
