I am all for being the healthiest me, so I wanted to try these chews as opposed to another pill. I am not a fan of the taste or texture. They seem a little grainy for me. Overall, I don't plan on ordering more to see if they make a difference. But for those that can stand the texture I would say they don't hurt to try.
