Awesome product with good quality color print, fine finish, definitely leak proof after 6 months of usage even, and has good heat retention for 10-15mins

The actual cup is exact same as it appears in the pic, which is usually not the case for cups / mugs 😊 Have given 4 star rating for the Premium quality and looks but still does not justify the price.

Too heavy, weird shape
I have no issues with the quality of the mug. Yet, I am deducting two stars for the following: 1) Narrow at the top, and wide at the bottom is not convenient. 2) It is twice as heavy as similar ceramic cups. Feels like a stoneware cup.
