I used to drink so much water, literally litres of it a day and still feel so thirsty and a Dry mouth until I started dabbling in drinking electrolytes, I’m still in the discovery stage of it and its Fair to say I’ve tried 5 other things now which one was meh and the Others I couldn’t even finish the drink. My cup of choice is my Stanley quencher so I wanted something I could pop in with ice and drink Away throughout the day/night. At first I thought I didn’t like this one either because I used the 2 scoop method into a drink but it was just awful in my opinion but I’m not an overpowering flavour type of gal so I played around and i Find it far better with one scoop per 1.12l cup. It tastes so refreshing the cherry berry flavour keeps my hydrated and elevates that constant thirsty feeling. It’s kind of helped me with headaches I’ve only tried 2 flavours the cherry berry which is my fav so far it’s just so yummy Tried the mango and im Not a fan of that one, I’ll finish it don’t get me wrong but it’s not something I’ll rebuy as it’s easier hydrating when you like the taste For me it wasn’t about Keto so I can’t attest to that I just wanted to venture into electrolytes I don’t mind the price tag because I like it and see The benefit in it and i Really need to be drinking a ton as I sweat so much out with menopause I’ll work my way through the flavours, what I’ve been doing is alternating the cherry and mango But after the mango I’ll alternate a new flavour in but rebuy cherry as I feel like that’s going to be a staple Some might say squash is cheaper but it’s just so syrupy even the reduced sugar versions this gives you flavour and hydration That packs a punch

The taste takes a little bit of getting used to but it's not horrible or anything. I've ordered more because it really does work. I tend to use after cardio days at the gym. It mixes and dissolves really well in water, doesn't have that strong of a smell and while I'm not sure it gives me any extra energy, it doesn't make me feel worse either. I'm not 100% sure that I'd get 50 servings from one container but I haven't gone to the effort of actually counting. I've ordered more of it because it is reasonably priced and suits my purposes.

Love these electrolytes, I started taking them as I fell poorly due to dehydration and these have helped me massively as it makes it easier to get my water intake daily without having to drink plain water all day. And with the range of flavours you can't get bored. They have a strong flavour and mix really well with water without leaving that grainy feel when you drink it. I've had no side effects from drinking these. I think they are value for money as on tun lasts me the month with them holding 50 servings, it give you the option to double the serving which still would last you a while. Couldn't fault this product and will be ordering more flavours.

I bought this as my usual 'Awesome Hydrate' powder was unavailable. The reviews sounded good and the fact it had no artificial sweeteners was a plus. It arrived today and it smelt nice and I couldn't wait to try it. However, making it according to the instructions, it was far too strong and I tipped some into a separate glass to experiment with adjusting the flavour with more water. However, no matter what I did, it still tasted extremely unpalatable and unpleasant to me. 'Awesome Hydrate' by comparison is very flavourful (and easy to adjust the flavour strength) and very refreshing to drink down, which is exactly what you need, when you need to increase your hydration. I was unable to finish the serving I made up and now have a tub with 49 servings left, which has wasted me £20. I am seemingly unable to return, so not at all happy.

It’s very sweet. The accumulation of it, is off putting. I really like the way this makes me feel. And I like the taste, but wish it was less artificial sweet

I purchased it as I have had to go on a Keto diet for health reasons and was finding myself very tired in the morning, even after a good sleep. I used it for two months and found a real improvement in how I felt. It gave me energy to take up swimming again, so I would say it achieved what it was made for. It made sure I had a good amount of fluid first thing in the morning. I found it expensive, and then this month started on tablets which were cheaper. BUT I have gone back to the Keto-Pro, so it is definitely worth the extra money. It is definitely effective compared to others, I would definitely recommend, dont buy cheaper to save money as they don't work compared to the Keto-Pro.

I’ve been using this electrolyte mix for nearly a year and it’s become part of my daily routine. I’ve tried several flavours, but cherry berry is the one I keep going back to, it's refreshing without being too sweet. I normally drink one bottle throughout the workday, and if I’ve had salty food or haven’t hydrated enough, I’ll make an extra glass. Since using this consistently, I no longer wake up with a dry mouth after salty meals or takeaways. Overall great product, effective and tasts nice and i would recommend.

Product is great, but not for me. I like the cherry taste but it’s really salty too and it’s the saltiness putting me off.

Guter Geschmack und optimale Zusammensetzung

Gute Elektrolyte Mischung. Der Geschmack geht in Ordnung. Wenn man sich ein Glas anrührt sollte man nicht zu lange mit dem Trinken warten, ansonsten ist der Rest im unteren Bereich sehr salzig vom Geschmack. Aber das ist meiner Meinung nach völlig normal und kein negstiver Aspekt. Ich würde das Produkt aich erneut kaufen.

Finally an electrolyte with good taste and result, helps my dad with the cramp in his legs. Besides that I use it daily; it helps me to balance out my electrolyte and in this way prevent the tingling feeling I had after sporting. Besides this I always had difficulty drinking enough. Due to the great taste this problem is now also solved, I really like it.

Geschmacklich gut (Salz schmeckt man allerdings etwas raus)

Clean ingredients, great ratios between minerals, good taste. Children make smoothies from kefir with it.
